Guysm...are you finding that more and more Indy promotions are getting their shit on a local station?

I am just thinking in lieu of Billiam posting his local promotion getting a time slot and thinking...damn...are there more, because it seems like it.

Texas is picking up. Booker T just got TV as well, and drew a monster house last weekend. RCW will run their first double shot next month when ROH comes to town. ROH drew so well in San Antonio last year that they are running TV there next month. Inspire has outgrown the Marchesa in four shows. Some of these NWA affiliates run full weekends.

Also, Lockdown was by far the best paid house TNA had in years in North America.

Probably not, im coming for ROH 100% and I dont know about making that 6 hour or so round trip back to back days.

I thought you meant the ROW show was heavily comped (papered). You're talking about some other indie hitting up the ROW parking lot with fliers.

Eh. Back in the day there was always shit in my windshield after ECW shows from rinky dink EXTREME knockoff indies. Same thing after WWE shows, the local promotions are always outside with fliers. RCW was handing out fliers after Lucha Libre USA last year. After TNA in Corpus I got hit with fliers.

Is this bad form? I've seen it for years & years.

Yeah that's not unique at all. I don't think I've ever been an indie show and not be handed at least two cards of upcoming shows featuring geriatric superstars of yesteryear on the way to my car.
