Good show. Not great...but really good. If I was there live, would have had a great time. Loved the actual event. The crowd was kinda booty though and IMO, kept it from being a GREAT show.

    The Young Bucks (c) v. reDRagon ****1/2
    Shinsuke Nakamura (c) v. Kevin Steen ****
AJ Styles (c) v. Michael Elgin v. Kazuchika Okada ***3/4+
    Jay Lethal (c) v. KUSHIDA ***3/4

Michael Bennett is such shit. If Tanahashi can't get something out of you, you know you suck.

Also, good end to the show. Adam Cole BAYBAY with the run-in and the Bad Influence vignette. Awesome.

Underrated of the night...Gedo and Jado just being real pros out there.

I agree that the crowd was kind of flat, and could not fucks with that Toronto crowd despite being fed the better card. Just seemed like they didnt know when to react to certain spots.

Is ROH the legitimate #2 promotion in the United States right now?

What metric does TNA have that would say otherwise? The "million" token viewers they get every week on national TV (that has never translated to ever being in the black)?

ROH looked like a million bucks tonight. Was put over by the #2 promotion in the world.

I thought the show was great, with one MOTY contender and three other ****+ matches.

We recorded a reaction podcast. Will be up shortly.

Crowd was better live than how it cane across on ippv apparently.

Nothing bad for the 3.5+ hrs though Bennett was clearly the one aspect that left a sour taste.

Nakamura, Liger and Okada all brought their best. Nak is fanfuckingtastic.

Steen is the best native ROH guy, will suck for him to leave but it also needs to happen. He's done pretty much all there is in ROH so hopefully he can go to WWE and make a ton of money.

WTF can you say about the Young Bucks/reDRagon match? MOTY so far and a must see. No hyperbole. Love all 4 guys and am a fan for life. FYI, I still remember first getting some knowledge about Fish on W2B's Top 100 way back when.

And Tom Lawlor is a natural. I really hope he does more with ROH and O'Reilly/Fish.

The Bullet Club was insanely over. Saw lots of their t-shirts around. The triple threat was very good to close it out. Elgin is so beastly, AJ always brings what you expect and Okada is the best. His dropkick rivals Orton and the rainmaker is nasty.

I don't want to compare them because the circumstances are not the same, but Liger exceeded expectations just as Misawa did when he headlined years ago against KENTA.

                From today's Observer news update:

--On yesterday's show we mistakenly said Cedric Alexander beat Adam Page in the pre-show at the ROH card. It was actually his former tag partner Caprice Coleman. We got different reports today saying it was Alexander, Coleman and Tadarius Thomas.

I guess they all look the same, amirite?

Only two matches that interest me there.

                      Cole v. O'Reilly Pt. 47
                      ACH v. Rick O'Shea

                        Could be Steen's last call.

Too bad the match looks like shit...but his speech should be great.

Remember way back in 2013 when Biss was all "No, there's already a promotion in Austin that does women's wrestling pretty damn well, we'll carve out our own niche, rabble rabble..."

Yeah, I didn't believe him either.
