I'm looking at the recruiting West Virginia has done and Bill Stewart and others have done a damn good job according to Rivals:

and we look like the dark horses for Tahj Boyd but I won't bank on us getting Boyd.

NFL Players aren't eligible. He is going to declare himself for the draft. But I think Colt McCoy has the best shot right now unless Tim Tebow comes back for next year. The field may be slim this year because a lot of players are jumping for the NFL Draft. 2009 could also be the first year a Freshman wins the heisman but I doubt it.
 
Texas Tech wide receiver Michael Crabtree is expected to announce at a 3 p.m. ET news conference on Tuesday that he will enter the NFL draft, two people close to Crabtree said Friday.

Crabtree had an ankle specialist determine that his high ankle sprain was properly diagnosed and treated. Crabtree is expected to attend the NFL scouting combine but is not expected to run a 40-yard dash.

More likely, Crabtree will run at his own pro day. Crabtree has visited with Texas Tech coach Mike Leach twice already and will visit with him once more before the planned news conference.

Leach has mentioned the possibility of the receiver returning to win a Heisman, but Crabtree, 6-foot-3, 214 pounds, has been told by multiple sources, including the NFL draft advisory committee, that he would be a first-round pick.

Too bad Pryor's release reminds me of Vince Young's. But Vince Young's release won him a national championship in college.

Ehhhh... release isn't the word I'm looking for... when the ball is in the air there seems like there is no velocity on the ball.

He didn't show me much this year but then again i gave into the hype too much. I'm interested to see how they run their offense without beanie wells.
 
I think Bradford is an idiot for staying @ Oklahoma. Turned down a top 3 pick and 40+ million dollars. I see him doing the same thing as Leinart. His draft stock will probably fall next year and he won't make nearly as much $$$.
 
The only thing he would have had to do was go into a press conference and say "I don't want to play for the Lions" and they wont pick him. That easy.
 
Wow Brandon Spikes will go back for his senior season. Florida is looking like they will dominate again next year. Not losing that many people.

I heard that whoever recruits Tahj Boyd will have to red-shirt him automatically due to a torn ACL.
