2013 AFC Divisional Game: #4 Baltimore Ravens at #1 Denver Broncos

Ravens can't beat Peyton Manning. They haven't beat him since 2001 I believe and I don't think they do it this weekend. I do think it will be closer than it was a few weeks ago, but they'll still lose.
 
The one positive for the Ravens is they'll have Bryant McKinnie playing LT instead of Oher, and our All-Pro RG will be playing instead of Bobbie Williams. Should give Flacco a little more time to throw than he did in the last game.
 
I'm torn. I want the Ravens to be crushed because I hate all the Ravens fans in this area but then I also don't want to hear glen run his mouth about how good the Broncos are. Can this game somehow end in a tie?

It will be unbearable tomorrow, and it's not like Redskins fans even care. For some reason, and I hate to generalize here, but the white trash Ravens fans love to hate on the Redskins. I actually think they love to hate the Redskins more than rooting for their team. I just don't get it. The only reasonable Ravens fans I've ever met are here on VSN and the ones who I work with, and even then that number is split.
 
Denver went into M&T and punked these guys a few weeks ago in Caldwell's first game as OC.

If they can find a way to bottle up Rice the way they did in the first game Denver rolls here.
 
Was not impressed by the Ravens.

Ray Lewis looked old as hell, favorite line from Nantz was "look at Ray reach out with his injured arm" when he tried to swat a pass. I think the Broncos will be able to run and pass effectively.

Ravens offense is still trash, obvious they don't trust Flacco. And when Rice is actually getting carries he can't hold on to the ball.

Ray Lewis played his last Home game and at Denver is his "Last Game".

Ravens had trouble scoring at home against the Colts, Ray Rice cant hold onto the ball and this was closer than the score indicates.
If Vinitieri made that (missed) FG, it might have had a different type of ending.

I like Ray Lewis; just another great NFL player..........but his Last Home Stand was a game for him to remember, unlike the one this weekend in Denver.
 
I really haven't got to see a lot of Denver games this year. I will enjoy watching them win by 15 against Baldimore.
 
It will be hard to beat the Bronco's in Denver with Manning under center. I think the Raven's keep it close in the first half and the Bronco's pull away in the second half to win by 10.
 
I think it will be Denver and it will be close. That defense travels well and Rice won't fumble twice like he did against the Colts. However, Denver has a rock solid D and a dependable offense, plus a tough home field advantage. I say Denver by 6.

Peyton always has our number and probably always will. I can't see how the Ravens win this game, Flacco has to play flawless (see last years AFC Championship game) and the Defense has to hold. Don't see either happening...

On a side note though, why is everyone saying Ray Rice is a fumbler? He had 2 in one game and now he's branded a fumbler?

Rice has arguably the best carry in football, dude fumbled once all season, twice last season and no fumbles 2 years ago. So he has 1 fluke game, where Flacco has to pick him up... Don't bet money on that happening again.

Voted Baltimore, because I want to believe anything can happen... but in reality I'm ready for the 26th pick or so...
