You do realize becoming a Platinum/Greatest Hit is strictly based on sales?

I'm pretty sure most of the games on that list have been PH's for a while. I know for a fact that Burnout has been.

Greatest Hits is a combo of two things. It's not JUST sales, I mean there is no way Army of Two and Burnout have had the same sales in the time they've been out and Call of Duty hasn't.

It's half stale games that Microsoft thinks can get a 2nd wave which is why you haven't seen COD4 and just now saw FNR3. Those 2 were selling well, shit COD4 still sells as much as WaW.

I guess MS uses a different set of criteria then? I know that for a Playstation game to make it to the Greatest Hits lineup the game has to sell like 600K copies in 9 months or something. It is strictly sales. I thought the same went for PLatinum Hits for the Xbox and 360 as the name definitley implies it. A million copies sold then?

My point isn't that those other games haven't sold a certain amount or whatever just that they completely pick and choose which ones go on and which ones don't. People think everything that hits a certain sales plateau gets thrown onto the Platinum Hits banner when that's clearly not true.
