Last season, I took over the second worst team in a keeper league that will be entering its seventh season. I only kept two players- Stevie Johnson and Darren McFadden, plus my rookie draft selection, Andrew Luck. I thought I did pretty well getting some talent this year and hopefully building a decent base for next season.

It is 14 teams, no PPR, six points for a passing TD

WR- Hakeem Nicks
WR- Stevie Johnson
TE- Fred Davis
Flex- Eric Decker
K- Robbie Gould
DEF- Titans

WR- Titus Young
WR- Kendall Wright

With 16 teams, it's hard to get a good bench. And I took a lot of RBs who could do well, and we will probably know after the first week even where they stand with their teams, and then I can play the waiver wire. I definitely need a good season from Fitzpatrick though. I had Josh Freeman, Joe Flacco and even Andy Dalton on my radar, and each were taken the 14 picks before me.
 
Just play the matchup with Luck/Fitz and you'll be fine. Very solid WR group for 14 teams. Not having a legitimate 3rd RB does hurt you, though.

I'm hoping in a couple weeks that is Mendenhall or Morris, but just doubling my keepers for next year is a goal I have, even if I end up trading some players away mid-season if things aren't working.
