Oh hell yeah. Askren should be able to win due to his wrestling. If not, way to go Good.

Alvarez/Huerta should be all kinds of awesome for a 3-round fight. Even if Huerta has turned into a run of the mill lightweight, he is still a talented fighter. He'd be a great name to add to Alvarez's record.

I almost picked Good, but you can't stop the funk, Askren is a machine and will be all over Good, I think he wins by sub, plus the long layoff for Good doesnt help when dealing with Askren

Eddie is just better in pretty much everything compared to Huerta, Huerta shouldnt be counted out though, but Eddie wins this, if he finishes him thats a big statement, but I got Eddie by decisision

My roommate wrestled against Askren in high school. Not a good idea to air this the same time as UFC 121 though, possibly the biggest draw in MMA history.

Rick Hawn is nice. That takedown was sweet, all he had was Maynard's arm and bam! Need to see more of his game but he's got to be one of the early favorites (if not THE favorite) for the 170 tournament in 2011.

What can you say about Ben Askren. Perhaps the best wrestling the sport right now, haven't seen that dominance from Cormier yet. Askren is fun to watch and frustrating at the same time because while he is active in movement, he doesn't appear to do a lot of damage. Then at the same time, he busted Good's face up pretty damn well. I will love to see his growth in the sport over the next two years. Hopefully he improves his striking because if he can do that, my god.

Eddie Alvarez is wicked. He fucked Huerta up big time. The quick knockdown Huerta landed in the second round was hilarious after all the showboating Eddie did. Too bad for Roger, Alvarez quickly got back into it and finished the job. Those leg kicks were painful to watch...not quite Manhoef-esque, but dangerous.

Alvarez has done all he could outside the big two, and outside of Aoki. I would love to see him move on up and take on Melendez or the UFC wrestlers like Maynard.


Bellator has an awesome stable of fighters. At some point it will be epic when they move on up.

Askren had a great gameplan, and stuck to it. Take Good down, work for a mount, try to get an arm triangle. He never got the arm triangle, but he completely dominated a very game Good.

Hawn vs. Hornbuckle final, book it.
