I hate recycled shitty coaches (think: Chan Gailey, Norv Turner, Wade Phillips, et al) who get second & third chances when it's patently obvious that they will never ever win based on their first chance, so it was nice to see six fresh faces get opportunities. People like Lovie Smith, Mike Mularky, Romeo Crennel, Turner, & Gailey should never be head coaches again. Good job by the owners this offseason.
With that said, at least half of these fresh faces guys will fail miserably, so I voted for Andy Reid, a great recycled coach who I have no doubts will win at some point in KC. He's the only lock, so he got my vote.

I am not a fan of about half of these coaches. I think Andy Reid is going to fall, I've watched him coach for years and I've not been impressed with his playcalling or handling of the team. I am also not a fan of Chip Kelly coming from college- I've seen it fail far too many times for me to think it will succeed- and Bruce Arians is just hiring Whisenhunt 2.0. I want Trestman to succeed and I like the hire, but he's a boom or bust hire, as he needs to prove he is still in touch with the NFL game.
I am not sure how Chudzinski is going to do, but I want him to do well. I think Jacksonville is going to move in the right direction, and with Houston and Indy in the same division, hiring a defensive coach who helped build a very physical defense in Seattle was smart. Mike McCoy was a smart hire and they have the pieces on offense to succeed. I also like Doug Marrone and feel he could be successful in Buffalo, especially as the personnel department was just turned over, but like Kelly, he has to prove that he can transition to the NFL game.
That being said, I think the best hire was McCoy. He's already familiar with the players he's going to have and the division he's in, and has the players to succeed now. Bradley is a close second.
