Of the teams listed, the Seahawks are the most obvious choice for various reasons. They were severely depleted by injuries last year, so they should be a much better team right out of the gate. They picked up a few big names who will make an impact, including TJ at WR, and Hass's latest man crush: Aaron Curry. The NFC West is pretty weak, especially if the Cardinals suffer from the typical Super Bowl loser's hangover.

I'm liking the Hawks to improve the most, they still don't have much to talk about at RB, but they are solid on D and have thier pro-bowl QB healthy. As well as adding Houz who has a few peak years left,

I went with Seattle due to the weak division they are in and the fact they're team was depleated with injuries last season. I'm not too sure about Jim Mora though, I think he is a mediocre coach.
