It's a great read. BOB apparently wasn't interested in being the 'university figurehead'. In other words, the king of State College. Maybe it's just not in his DNA. Plus his end game seemed to be NFL all along, even with a mediocre job like Houston.
Calling it now. Whoever takes over Penn St, and I don't even need to know who it is before I say this, they will last longer, have more success, and make a shit ton more money than BOB will in Houston. If it's Schiano, it's a lock. Schiano will go there, win, stay 30 years, and become CFB royalty. BOB will be calling plays for NE by 2017.
