Atlanta has traded for Marlins second baseman Dan Uggla. The Braves will send the Marlins utility player Omar Infante and lefty reliever Mike Dunn.

Pretty cheap price for a 30 home run hitter, but I hate this move for defensive purposes. The plan, according to this article at least, is to shift Prado to left, and let him play some 1B as well.
Prado's too good of a defensive 2B to relegate him to utility status. And Uggla can't play anything else but 2B.
If Uggla has a great year, I'll obviously be pleased, and it's not like we gave up a whole lot, but this still strikes me as a weird move.
edit- Nah, I've thought about it some more. This is a fucking steal.
