Broncos released CB Dre' Bly.

Including Monday's cuts, Denver is now saving over $28 million against the salary cap. Bly was due $3.25 million in 2009 with a $6.5 cap charge, but he has largely been a disappointment since the Broncos traded for him two years ago. Turning 32 this spring, Bly may have to compete for a starting job next season.
 
I didn't expect this. I guess because I'm not too close with Denver. Regardless, this really caught me off guard.

It's a shame, he was one of my favorite corner backs in Detroit. I hope he gets back into his groove and become a solid CB again.
 
not a huge Bronco fans like my family, but he was a good player, from what i've seen, he was pretty good, we'll miss him
 
He never was that good for denver, I thought Denver was going to be sick when they picked him up, but he was a disappointment
