Inspired by Hasselbeck's thread, I want to know, if you faced a 4th and goal on the 1 yard line to save your season, which RB would you choose to get that yard?

Reggie Bush, or Shaun Alexander?

Hightower is a beast inside the 10 or on 3rd and 1. Other than those situations, he decides to have happy feet and dance in the backfield.

Anyways on to the original topic, I'd take Shaun Alexander even if he has broken legs. I don't trust Bush to get into the endzone, if anybody touched him he would end up with an injury or possibly fumbling.

That works too. I really just wanted to make fun of Reggie Bush is all. I almost went with Cedric Benson, or Brian Westbrook. But I like Westbrook too much to even compare him to Reggie and Cedric is so bad that it would've made Bush look good by comparison.

I figured a washed up guy who was known for falling down on first contact was the perfect choice. But perhaps there are better comparisons out there?

He used to always jump over the pile at OK State. Don't know why he never got the carries in the NFL.

He's actually right.

I wouldn't want Barry Sanders as my RB, if I had one chance to gain a yard. The guy would end up giving me - 12 yards or some shit. This isn't about which back is better, that's Sanders, but Barry Sanders isn't the guy you'd put your confidence in, if you need a yard on one attempt.
