Graphics card is the #1 factor when it comes to gaming. The more money you throw at it results in a better gaming experience.

yeah, that will work...very nice, but pricey

i would dump that liquid cooled fan and go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212

Might want to think about going with Window 7 64x instead of W8

that CPU boost, dont let them overclock it for you, there is no need for that

are you paying +$136 for 16 gb of RAM? stick with 8 gb and upgrade it in a year or 2. I bought 8 gb 2 years ago and still more than enough ram. 16 is overkill

You should consider building it. It's not that difficult , there are plenty of walk throughs to follow if you need it and its actually quite rewarding.

Plus, you'll save several hundred $$

i just noticed the link you gave doesnt match what you posted. in the link they have you being overclocked, but jms is right, that one you posted isnt over clockable. i would make sure you get a CPU that can be overclocked. you wont need it now, but 5 years down the road it will be nice to boost your cpu.

and he is right about the stock fan...with that cpu you posted, you dont need an aftermarket fan. the stock fan will be fine....but FYI if you do get a cpu that can be OC then you want an aftermarket fan

like garrett said, its over priced concidering you can DYI for about 300 buck cheaper.

this is all stuff from newegg that is equal if not better than what was selected for you from that website. Still leaves you about $300 for a 27in monitor and 2 or 3 case fans. plus a keyboard and mouse.
 
I'm not familiar with that brand but it looks nice. Cheaper than what I paid for my 27".

If money is no object , then go your route. But I'd get a processor that can be overclocked ( intel k processor).

I also got a laptop, realize I left that out of there. I also don't have time during November/December as it's the busiest time at work for both stores.
