To be fair, St Louis is pretty good and loaded with Rick Majerus recruits, but yeah, TAMU is back to sucking and Billy Kennedy probably wishes he never left Murray St. The talent level dropped off a cliff now that the Mark Turgeon recruits are all gone.

Speaking of which, Rick Majerus is said to be on his death bed or very close.
He used to be running buddies with Mike Francesa, back when Francesa was even fatter. Their restaurant tales are legendary. Francesa had kids and got scared straight on his weight, but Majerus just kept eating. Now he's paying the price and will probably pass away relatively young. I like Majerus, he's a funny guy and a great coach. Too bad.

This LSU squad is fun to watch. They let the Demons of NSU creep back in it after building a 20 point lead, mainly due to horrendous free throw shooting, but they put up 101 points in the process. Really exciting group of guards and wings, they just need to figure out how to shoot free throws ASAP.
Through three games, the team is shooting 51% from the charity stripe, good for 343rd out of 347 D1 teams. Amazingly, they are averaging 84 PPG despite this glaring flaw.

IU really played like dookie the past two nights. Kinda disappointed after how great they looked in their first few games. Once they start to play well together by March they should be a lot better, but they really did not look good the past two nights compared to how they play at home.
