Chances of Colts going undefeated?

Looking at their schedule really about the only team I can see having a chance at beating them is the Broncos in two weeks (LOL) other than that not really any roadblocks into going 16-0.

Week 12- @ Houston
Week 13- Tennessee
Week 14- Denver
Week 15- @ Jacksonville
Week 16- New York Jets
Week 17- @ Buffalo

Sure Houston could be tough, along with Tennessee and Jacksonville, but those teams I just don't think can hang with the Colts this year.

I think at least 1 of those teams is going to get the Colts. If I had to rank the teams chances of beating the Colts, it would be as follows:


1. Houston
2. Tennessee
3. New York Jets
4. Jacksonville
5. Buffalo
6. Denver

Don't sleep on Jacksonville. The Colts struggle with Jax every single year. Ask any Colts fan even if the Colts win, it's still gonna be a good game.

No chance, they have a big enough lead in the division and the AFC that they probably won't need to play anyone in weeks 16 or 17.

If Caldwell rests starters like Dungy did he's dead to me. Week 17 = perfect opportunity to tune up run game.

Dude, are you a Colts fan or a Broncos fan? I'm pretty sure you were a Colts fan at MM but it seems like you're a Broncos fan at VSN.

I mean it's cool if that's what you've done but just let me know because if that's kosher then I'd like to have the option of changing teams as well just in case Al Davis lives for another 10 years.

I think the Colts will end up losing 1 game. Manning has cooled off a little bit and the Colts have barely escaped a few games this year (Miami, Houston, SF, New England, Baltimore). All it really takes for them to lose is one bad or even average game from Manning which is likely to happen over the course of a 16 game season.

I am totally confused on what I want to happen. I'd like for them to go undefeated obviously, but I don't know how it would affect the team pressure wise going into the playoffs. Especially considering our inability to win even a single game in the post season the past 2 seasons. And if we're undefeated I would HOPE that Caldwell doesn't rest the starters. I do not think that helps the team at all.

Then again I don't want anyone to get injured, we have enough injuries. And we're going to have home field locked up anyway.
