I purchased the Xbox 360 Induction Charger through Amazon.com, and received the product last week. I've had some time to check it out.
The charger itself, as you can see below, holds 3 controllers at once.
The Good:
Value - The unit comes with 3 magnetic rechargeable packs made for the unit. Which is about a $60 value alone if comparing to Microsoft's Rechargeable Packs.
Simplicity - Done playing? Just drop the controller onto the magnetic pad and by the next time you pick it up, it'll be charged and ready to go.
Size - The unit itself is rather compact, and still manages to store 3 controllers.
Weight - The rechargeable units are mock AA Batteries, and weight a lot less. Having used M$'s rechargeable packs for a while I was stunned by the weight difference, but now I love how light the controller feels in my hand.
Dislikes:
The unit has LED indicator lights that light up red while charging, and green when charged. However they are barely noticeable. Probably it's better suited for a shadowed area.
Overall here's the breakdown.
If you need some new rechargeable batteries and are buying more than 1, its worth a purchase.
I give it a 4 out of 5.
