He remains the #1 guy in the rankings. There's little doubt he's the best on the boards right now, though I look forward to his first game with Mobbdeep.

2. Mobbdeep 18-2
LW: 7
Mobb jumped five spots with his performance this week. He went 14-1 with his Eagles. He's playing quality opponents, but has yet to play DSA or Zeus.
Key wins: Tomatoketchup, Houtz, BossAZ
Losses: Quietstorm, Fisker
Primary team: Philadelphia

3. SC_Zeus 34-8
LW: 2
If power ranking points were given out for games played, Zeus would never leave the top spot. This guy must wear adult diapers while playing Madden, like an old lady sticking to a slot machine in Vegas. Anyway, this guy continues to rack up the wins and it's hard to not put him in the top three. He needs a rematch with DSA if he has any hope of moving up the rankings.

Losses: DSA, BigHerm, Fisker
Team: Oakland and a little Minnesota

4. Windy City 11-3
LW: 5
Windy climbs in the rankings despite two losses this week. Quietstorm is Windy's kryptonite - The Redskins hold a 2-1 lead in their rivalry. Quietstorm isn't helping Windy in these rankings.
Key wins: Sabo, Staylorownzu, Premierplayer
Losses: SCZeus, Quietstorm
Team: Chicago

5. Fisker 9-4
LW: 6
Gets the edge over guys with more wins because of wins over Mobbdeep and SCZeus. He also clubbed another top 10 guy Tomatoketchup. This guy is for real, he just needs to play more.
Key wins: Mobbdeep, SCZeus
Losses: DSA, BossAZ
Team: NFL

6. Houtz 16-6
LW: Not ranked
Houtz has done a great job with an average team. Two big wins over the talented Staylorownzu, one over Tomatoketchup and a one-point loss to Mobbdeep. He's forgiven for barely pulling off a win vs. the lousy Dave.
Key wins: Tomatoketchup, Staylorownzu, TimsGiants
Key losses: Tami, Mobbdeep, Helicopter
Team: Miami

7. Onlyonebeerleft 22-11
LW: 9
May get taken off suicide watch with a two-point jump in this week's rankings. Took a 24-0 beating from Tami's Cowboys. Went 13-6 this week. Like I said, not elite. Oops, there goes that suicide watch thing.
Key wins: Mcstl, BigHerm
Key losses: SCZeus, Tami, TimsGiants
Team: NFL

8. Tomatoketchup 20-11
LW: 8
Is having a solid run with his Cards, but needs to patch up his D. He's allowing over 20 points a game. Big win over Flawless, but needs more games against the top 5 or 7 on this board to build his rep.
Key wins: Flawless, BossAZ
Key losses: Bomberooski, Mobbdeep
Team: Arizona

9. TheSecondComing 7-2
LW: Not ranked
While it was only DSA's first game, The SecondComing can say he was the guy to bust DSA's cherry. This guy is a tough player to beat, but needs to play more and step up his competition.
Key wins: DSA, Boss AZ
Key losses: Umflhs22tuff, Helicopter
Team: Miami or Arizona

10. DanTheMan 8-3
LW: Not ranked
You better have a good record with a username like this. He barely squeaks in, but 8-3 is a solid record. Needs to play more and step up his competition.
Key wins: Jagsfan, Premierplayer
Key losses UMFLHS22Tuff
Team: N.Y. Giants

On the outside looking in:
TimsGiants (13-6) - Last week he was #4, this week he drops out because his record simply isn't good enough with a team like the Giants.
BigHerm (17-12) - I like the quality of Herm's opposition and his ability to beat top 10 guys, but his W-L keeps him outside.
UMFLHS22TUFF (16-9) - This guy is on the cusp, but nine losses hurt him.
Realist (6-1) - Didn't qualify because he failed to reach the minimum games played requirement which is eight. It's a shame too, because he likely would have made top 5. He has a win over Fisker and uses the lousy Niners exclusively.

You need 15 games played to qualify for next week's rankings.
I don't think it's fair to have guys in the rankings who don't play very much.
And at this point, I think 15 is about right.
It was originally going to be 12, but most of the guys have long since passed that mark.

yes Noble was my first '10 game and i didn't think he'd be as good as he was... being that he was one of those Soap Boxers back in the day rather than a madden player

trust me - once i get my PB down, it'll be lights out.

i always start madden seasons out slow... then i'll get into a nice rhythm and then i'll fall back out of it, right around when leagues head to the playoffs.... :/

I thought the same thing about Hasselbeckfan, but he turned out to be a very good player.
Frankly, he's in my top 5, but his record sucks because he's using Seattle too much.
I'm not even sure DSA could pull off using Seattle this year.

Seattle? Cincinnati? Oakland? Krul and his Lions? seattle is really good with and incredible defense, just not much at RB. Hell I've beat the Steelers with the Chiefs :shifty:

I am a firm beleiver that people who play with their favorite team have a huge advantage over those who are willing to mix it up, thought you said that in the first edition too. Apparently not? lol

Don't get me wrong, not taking anythin away from guys that use their favorite team at all, if thats how it sounded I'm sorry. What I mean is if you roll with your favorite team nobody should be able to say oh well hes playing with the Giants (in your case) so I give him a pass (not that anybody would cuz they are good lol) But Quietstorm, Staylor, Krul, Hass, Bomber, etc are all using their teams, and they all play well with them, I doubt they would want anybody to say oh well you are playing with a bad team and blame that for why they lost ya know?
