David Fincher directs Aaron Sorkin's script (supposed to be one of the best scripts of the past few years) based on Ben Mezrich's book "The Accidental Billionaires" about the founders of Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg, Eduardo Saverin, Sean Parker) and the drama that surrounded it. The first full trailer was released today.

I read the book this summer and it was very entertaining. The story is a lot more interesting that you would think, especially considering it is based upon the founding of a website. A lot of backstabbing and greed involved with these characters. I'm pretty excited to see Fincher directing a Sorkin script based on something so character driven.

Anybody who is interested in the story behind facebook should check the book out. It's an easy read with quick chapters. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's written in 3rd person (I'm a 1st person kind of guy).
 
I hate Jesse Eisenberg so I don't think I'm gonna go for this one.

David Fincher is either very hit (Fight Club obviously, Zodiac, Se7en) or very miss (Panic Room, The Game). I have a feeling this is going to feel really dramatized in comparison to the real story.

There's already a movie coming out about the birth of the internet porn industry. I don't particularly wanna see that, but I bet it'll be a hell of a lot more entertaining than this. Anyway, there's actual fun movies coming out though. Like The Expendables... Why watch this?

Ahhh. Well, that's as good a reason as any... I just don't think I wanna see a fictionalized/dramatized version of the birth of Facebook.
 
That 2nd theatrical trailer makes the movie look epic. I think it has to do with the song choice. I think the trailer looks good but then I think about it and its about facebook. idk how i feel about this haha.
