No doubt. If we're going to label the Colts/Manning chokers only fair to treat Brady/Pats since 05 the same way.

OK, so you want to break it down to one play and make it a simplistic game.

3rd and 7 -- Manning has the ball, Manning calls all the shots, he's the "best" QB in the NFL according to many, and he checks down and calls a run to a rookie RB. Denver punts, Ravens get the touchdown to end it. There's no fucking way Tom Brady is calling a run in that situation.

If you want to praise Manning for running the show and being a guru on offense, you have to penalize him when he tucks his tail between his legs and gets scared in crunch time.

Another thing is that it's a team game, so you can't rely on your defense to stop everyone every game. The defense didn't stop the Ravens, so it's now back on Manning to win the game. He didn't, and he gave his defense a horribly short field.

I was actually expecting a pass by Peyton on 3rd and 7. They both a couple of bishes past their prime. Neither of 'em are Joe Montana so it's all irrelevant. He is and always will be the GOAT.

Compare Manning's stats in regulation to what Brady did today and it's pretty easy to see who had the better game. There's no way the media comes out and crushes the golden boy though because he didn't throw a pick to set up the GW field goal, getting blown at out home and all. :troll:

This is the second time Peyton and Brady lose to the same teams in back to back playoff games (first time being the Jets a couple years ago). Both times the general consensus is Manning choked but the Patriots lost. Both times Manning played just as good, if not better than Brady.

Of course the narrative is Manning is a choker, Brady is a playoff god...even though neither of them do anything in the postseason.

I'm waiting for the media to crush Brady tomorrow like they did Manning last week. They won't.
