I'm a UT fan and hate Tebow and anything to do with the Gators, but I don't like to see him hurt. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.... even a circumciser like Tebow.
The amazing thing about it is, the amount times the guy runs and is around contact so much, it's amazing that he doesn't take more vicious hits like this, twists a knee or something like that.

Nah, it was still early on in the 3rd qtr. I mean yeah the game was well in hand, but don't think any coach is gonna pull their QB in that situation.
It's just the nature of the beast with Tebow, it's bound to happen, but just never had an injury. He is ALWAYS in harms way , the QB gets all the action in that system with the runs, plus the way he plays initiatin the contact, it was bound to happen.
More suprised he got hurt in the pocket rather then on a run barreling getting hit on the shoulder, head, or knee. But I guess you can kind of brace yourself for that, rather then pressure you can't see.

Its not like it was was one of those Tebow type plays were he's initiating the contact while still carrying 3 defenders. Tebow was just dropping back like any QB would be doing and didn't see the unblocked defender coming. Besides, I don't even think it was the hit that got him, but instead the fact that the back of his head hit the knee of another player.
