Do You Watch Preseason Games?

I really don't mind watching Preseason games. First of all this is the time of the year where I get itchy for football so any football is great. Another thing is the chance to watch you're team's young guns and rookies. I will be playing close attention to the Falcons preseason games, especially the players that can have an immediate impact.
 
i watch any football that's on at this time, especially Falcons preseason games, when i can get them since they never put them on TV around here :(
 
I'm with you PB, I will watch any type of football right now. Bengals open up on Sunday in the HOF game against Dallas. I'm pumped. I enjoy watching rookies too. Tebow is gunna dominate pre-season I bet.
 
I'll watch a few here and there...I prefer it when NFLN has the games edited, so I can watch a preseason game in an hour or less rather than watching a full telecast.
 
A few Q's here and there, and i'll DVR the Rams and FF'd my way through the game in like 30 minutes.

By the 3rd or 4th week, I cant really watch that shit anymore.
 
i watch when the starters are in but its hard to watch when u know its generic football that means nothing.

I don't put any weight into how players look but its good to be watching games again especially your team.
 
When I was in college, I'd pretty much watch any sport that was on TV...stay up all hours to watch random college games...didn't matter. Hell, I'd follow some Euro-hoops and Euro-league hockey.

Now that I'm in the real world, I need to give attention to the more pertinent things. Watching every pre-season game is a poor use of time. Heck, watching any pre-season game after the second quarter might be a poor use of time as well.
 
I like watching the Raiders preseason games from start to finish. I like watching other preseason games as well but not with as much attention to the little known backups
 
I used to just watch the Eagles preseason games, but with the advent of FF, I watch games to "scout" the players I think maybe sleepers, rookies, or new starters and players coming back from injury. Gives me a good idea, on how they play and what the coaches are gonna use them for.

Now granted, half the time, it doesn't pan out, because you can have some nutjob like Shanahan, who will never give the guy the damn ball when the regular season starts.

This year I am really interested in the Eagles games, because of the start of the so called Kolb Era. I also want to see the new O-line.

The rest of the league, its just business. I got a $50 money league of 12 teams, I gotta pay attention and a work league that I have to be good at otherwise the smack talk you live with till the next season, lol.
 
I watch whatever's on... Sunday + Monday games, repeats of Jags games on the SUN Network whenever they feel like showing repeats (after the Gators highlights or after 11 PM mostly :().

It's hard on a fan but it helps for FF purposes.
 
i'll watch most of titans preseason games, and any other games that are on i'll catch if im bored. Im like alot of you though, at this point i just crave football so i'm likely to watch some crazy games.


Attending a preseason game live is not fun. The crowd is dead, most of them leave at halftime.
