I'd pay to go and enjoy a college game at some big time schools but don't really care to ever go see the Bulls play at the UC or anything.

I've been to a few NBA games. I usually enjoy them, but not because of the actual game, but I'm amazed at the size, athleticism and skill of NBA players. However, I actually enjoy going to highschool basketball games the most, which I probably go to about 30+ a year.

Seats in the lower bowl at the Staples Center are too expensive.. And I refuse to pay $75 to watch a game sitting next to Magic Johnson's retired jersey.

The Clippers used to be a pretty affordable way to go and see a game with decent seats but that's been blown to hell the last two seasons with their growing popularity.

I go to the Broncos game in San Diego every year and about 30-40 Angels games a season. Throw in some minor league baseball here and there and that's about all I need as far as seeing pro sports live.

I go to a lot of HS sports around here. College basketball here sort of blows. I make it to some college football games each season. Make it to a couple Cubs games. A Bears game every other year on average.

I'm already looking forward to baseball though. I'll likely get to about 30 minor league games this year. They play about 10 minutes from my house and it's $6 for tickets. Gorgeous park too.

I'm going to 5 Bulls games in the next month. To each their own.

Nope. Just planned games with friends. They are pricey but I love going to them.

I've also been to a bunch of high school games this year too including a few of the Holiday tournaments (Proviso West, York/Jack Tosh Tourney)

The United Center is terrible for basketball. The atmosphere is sterile, the sightlines are ridiculous (they shouldn't even sell 300 level tickets), and during possessions you get some lame musical jingle blasting out of the speakers (a product of David Stern's fake entertainment initiative).

I went to a Bulls game last year, but I never made it to my seat. I just drank at one of the bars inside the stadium. It was great.

I think that's a big reason I have no urge to go to an NBA game. So much of a game for me is the atmosphere and it just seems like none of these NBA arenas have it. Sign me up though if I could somehow go back to a game at the old Chicago Stadium,Boston Garden, LA Coliseum, Seattle Coliseum, etc etc. The NBA arenas to me are turning into the lame sterile MLB parks that were built in the 60's and 70's.

We actually do spend most of our time in one of the corner bars. They have an overhang bar where you can just chill and watch the game from there.

I agree the atmosphere isn't great for regular season but it's a different story come playoff time.

That's where I've never really cared how football stadiums or basketball stadiums are set up (this is also coming from someone who has never been to MSG, Garden or Chicago Stadium) but really how much variation can you have?

I know those older stadiums are bar larger lower bowls and bigger rows which made for a better atmosphere around the court but otherwise they are multi-purpose indoor arenas... there's not much flair you can really put on them.

Baseball stadiums on the other hand allows for so many extra elements that you just can't replicate with a pro football or pro basketball stadium.

I don't know. I just know all the arenas seem to lackany real feeling of histroy or character. When you walk in the doors for a game you don't know whether you're walking into an airport terminal, a trade show/convention or a sporting event.

It's just all "blah" IMO. Too late to go back no wbut I think they would have been betetr served to renovate the old buildings rather than building new but that ship sailed.

I typically enjoyed going to Hawks games at Philips Arena, but they were $10 a ticket. Only annoyance was that you'd share your entire section with AAU teams, Boys and Girls club kids, and whoever else got free tickets from their school for having perfect attendance in that month.

I went to a game at Madison Square Garden two years ago when I first moved and it was pretty affordable, but this season I am going to try to go on February 22nd when the Hawks are in town and it might cost as much as a plane ticket to Atlanta would. The "mystique" of MSG is definitely not a myth though, you feel the coolness factor as soon as you walk in.

Too many bad seats. Too many seats. Stadium has a very gradual rise, meaning the seats towards the back are miles away from the action. You have an entire level of luxury boxes near the floor that remain empty most of the time.

One of the few reasons I love having the Wizards suck is the tickets are dirt cheap no matter who they're facing. I got $7 tickets to the Wizards vs Heat game last year. I wish I wasn't as busy this year so I could go to some games

Had free tickets to the Pacers for a season I think two seasons ago. Was incredibly boring. Best thing I saw was some guy on a bicycle crash during a halftime show
