More Real-Life Tracks:
Biggest thing I want with this next one is more tracks and more types of cars. Monza, Spa-Francorchamps, Bahrain, Dubai Autodrome, Bathurst, Daytona (mostly for the road course) and some of the lesser known North American tracks that ALMS and Grand-Am race on, like Limerock, Mosport and VIR. Adding some street circuits would be pretty cool, like Long Beach or Baltimore. Oh, and you absolutely MUST have Circuit of the Americas in this version. ALMS, Grand-Am, F1, Aussie V8, WEC all race on this track, so there's no reason for it to not be in this game.
Update and Add Cars From Real Racing Series:
As for cars, it'd be nice to have Porsche available from the start. One of most successful brands in racing in history, it needs to be there at launch. Other cars need to be updated. The DTM cars are out of date (and BMW needs to be added), Aussie V8s could use a face lift, especially with Nissan now in the fold and the GT cars need to be updated. Adding in some other types of race cars would be cool as well, like Daytona Prototypes and maybe even IndyCars. Adding in some of the lower level racing series would be cool as well. Like the WTCC and BTCC and Grand-Am's GT class, stuff like that. I mean, we have the street versions of these cars in the game, but it's impossible to really level them out and race them together since there's no regulations. Give us the racing versions so it makes this possible.
Spice Up Single-Player:
You have to make the single-player more exciting. For one, it's too easy. Secondly, the computer AI needs to be updated, they can drive like real morons at times. My idea for updating the single player would be to use real racing series from around the globe for each season. Instead of doing a bunch of random shit for each of the 10 seasons, make like season 8 the ALMS season and run their cars for a season, use the WTCC for season 4, use Aussie V8s for season 6, use DTM for season 7. Shit like that. In my opinion, that would make it a ton more fun.
Night Time and Weather:
And now with night time in Forza Horizon, I'm sure it'll be in FM5, but that's something that has to be there. Night racing is a huge part of endurance racing and including it is something that has to be done. Rain would be cool, but it's not as important to me as the night time is. Both of these were in GT5, so there's no reason Forza can't have them.
Tires and Fuel:
Tire degradation and fuel usage need to be improved big time. In the Forza league, we'd run races that were close to an hour, and there was no falling off with the tires, and fuel never ran out. That's pretty dumb. This is pretty much the only area where I think GT5 is better. Their fuel and tire usage during races is spot on and makes their endurance races a lot of fun.
Single-Player Endurance:
Lastly, why'd you take out the single-player endurance races in Forza 4? That was one of my favorite things from previous Forza titles. I get that you wanted to cater towards more casual fans, but let's be realistic, the casual fans aren't going to play long enough to advance their single player career into seasons 8, 9 or 10 or some shit. Put the endurance races back you bastards.
Pretty much the only reason I still play GT5 from time to time is b/c of their single-player endurance races and their tire/fuel usage. It's fun as hell, despite the horrible variety in cars, to fire up GT5 and race endurance. I mean shit, they have the ACTUAL 24 Hours of Le Mans and 24 Hours of Nurburgring. Throw us true sports car racing fans a bone Turn 10.
