I don't have any questions for random dude making yet another Lesnar thread. Just a comment. He doesn't suck, but his personality does. He's an asshole thus people don't like him. Tim Silvia was hw champ in the UFC too. Guess what, everyone hated him too. People don't need to like your guy just cause he's 300 lbs and a cocksucker.

The Lesnar hate is different than the Sylvia hate.

People hate Sylvia because he's boring, and they want him to go away.

People hate Lesnar because he's an asshole, and want to see someone kick his ass.

People hate Lesnar so much, they will pay to see him lose. People hate Sylvia so much, that everyone is glad he gets KO'd in 10 seconds everytime he fights so hopefully he stops getting booked.

And the best thing you can do for the health of UFC and MMA is continue to boo him. If you can set him up as a true bad guy you're going to draw gigantic numbers. When you can do the heel/face thing but make it into a legit sport competition... that's HUGE money. Don King was a douche and a half, but he really propelled boxing by realizing there needs to be a hero and a villain.

That's true, but I find it sort of similar. Lesnar is on the level of hate that I had for sylvia. You are right though, Sylvia was boring as fuck. That Monson/Sylvia fight was fucking awful.

Just imagine a Werdum v. Sylvia fight.

Excuse me but, you sit there booing and down grading the UFC champion of the world. I dont understand why you people boo him when he did what he said he was gonna do. Lesnar went out there and handle his business and beat the **** outta Mir. You also gotta factor in that UFC is one of the most emotional sports in todays world. Plus, all the hype built up for this match was huge. And also Frank Mir talked so much trash about Lesnar. Him and his training partners were mocking him saying, "Im Brock Lesnar and I lift weights." You can go on youtube and watch the videos of all the trash talk Mir did. Then after Lesnar won with a beautiful TKO the crowd starts to boo. I mean really, yall are ridiculous. He just walked through Mir like a stepping stone and yall are booing. Yall booed him at the weigh in the day before the fight. Hell, yall even booed him when he first started fighting in the UFC. I mean, Frank Mir is one hell of a fighter and it was a cake walk for Lesnar. Yet you fans boo at the monstrious athelete. So I say yes, I understand why Lesnar got frustrated and threw up his middle fingers and told Mir to "talk **** now" and said what he said. It was damn straight wrong but so were all of you. Two wrongs dont make a right but they sure as hell make an even. So people you still following me. But some how lately, I have been hearing Lesnar is only power and has no skill or technique. Well, check this people, Lesnar beat Randy Couture and last I checked Couture is a damn legend of the UFC. So he obviously has skill. Back to the crappy fans though. Lesnar's attitude is bad, well, worse because all of the UFC fan's attitude. But I believe with a little support from the fans and a little cheering from the crowd he might of not gotten so upset and emotional.

I know he talks a lot of shit, but when I heard some of the stuff Mir was saying like: "he doesn't train as hard as me", "I'm one of the best strikers in the heavyweight divison, he won't want to stand up with me", and his trainer dresses up like lesnar, and lets mir knock him out, and then make fun of him, I feel that Lesnar has every right to say whatever he wants.

What's the problem with that? In MMA the end result is pretty much all that matters, no matter how you get to that point.

Why would he stand up with him when it's a clear disadvantage to him? Of course he would use his incredible strength and weight advantage.

Lesnar definitely did not get tooled in the stand up, in fact he was winning, thats why in the 2nd round, he let mir up after he took him down because he actually wanted to stand up, Mir just landed the one knee, and then lesnar took him down and finished it
