Turnovers cost Titans against Patriots
Jake Locker played an amazing game and was well on his way to leading the Titans to a victory over the New England Patriots but thanks to some sloppy ball control by Chris Johnson who had three fumbles in the first helped the Patriots score 21 unanswered points. He did score three times in the game by rushing in two touchdowns and returning a kick 98 yards for a touchdown. Tom Brady had a awful game throwing 4 interceptions, Danny Woodhead stepped up and had an amazing game who rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns and so did Shane Vereen who also had two rushing touchdowns.
Some would ask why didn't the Titans do more too stop the running game but when Tom Brady throws 4 interceptions you can argue with why they sold out to stop the passing attack if it wasn't for fumbles by Chris Johnson and a late fumble by Jared Cook Jr with 1:45 left in the game we might be talking about how the Patriots go destroyed on week one of the NFL season, The Titans do have a lot to look forward too after this game mostly the play of Jake Locker was great today he made some great throws especially on third down. Kenny Britt had two drops today both on third down.

Rivers two interceptions cost Chargers, Titans get first win of the season
After last weeks five turnover game the Titans cut it down to two but that is still too high and Chris Johnson had another fumble and that may keep him from being traded as reported earlier in the week Adam Schefter reported that the Titans had put Johnson on the block we'll see if this goes any further. Jake Locker turned in an good performance the Titans didn't rely on the passing game as much as last week, Javon Ringer and Chris Johnson combined to rush for 227 yards.
Next week the Titans will take on the Detroit Lions who are coming off a big win agaisnt the 49ers
