How about this? Rivers plays a game as Arizona's 1st string reciever, Warner plays a game as San Diego's 1st string reciever, and when both QB's still finish with a QB rating higher than 90 we'll start a thread on it.

My top 5 looks very close to yours except I'd bump Rivers for Favre.

Favre is the highest rated QB this season.

Favre is 9-1
Rivers is 7-3

Favre has 21 TDs
Rivers 17

Favre has 3 INTs
Rivers has 6 INTs

Favre has more winning touchdowns with :02 seconds left on the clock.
Favre hasn't thrown more than 1 INT all season.

Favre Beat Baltimore with 3 TDs no INT.
Rivers lost to them with 2 TDs and 2 INTs.

Favre 12-10 in the playoffs.
Rivers 2-2.

Favre has more Super Bowl rings.
Favre has a shitload more records.

That's just how I feel about it. I do like Rivers though, he's not a bad choice really.

I don't know where you're getting the idea that I'm not 'cool' from. I'm cool. I'm happy with my teams Quarterback and where he's taken us this season. I simply started this thread to increase discussion in the NFL area, would you rather no threads be started instead? Maybe a "Chad Ochocinco promises to do Lambeau Leap" sort of thread would be more entertaining?
