Its funny that if you listen to all the bracket analysis, you will come away thinking that every team will win. Temple is better than their 5-seed, Cornell is better than their 12-seed, both have the ability to surprise people and go deep in the tournament...Temple plays Cornell in the 1st round.

The South and the West regions are horrible. So difficult to pick who is going to move on. Here are some of my picks by region.

West

Not sold on Syracuse, but have them in the Final Four. Seriously considering making K-State the Final Four team. Have Murray St over Vandy and Minnesota over Xavier in the 1st round.

South

Ick! I said I would pick against Villanova, but they have an easy path to the Final Four. I have Siena winning games over Purdue and TAMU, and I have Notre Dame winning two games over ODU and Baylor. St. Mary's over Richmond in 1st round. Villanova over Duke in the Elite 8.

East

West Virginia over Kentucky in the Elite 8. Temple wins two games. Mizzou over Clemson.

Midwest

Kansas over G-Town in Elite 8 game. SDSU beats Tennessee in 1st round, and UNI over UNLV.

Final Four

Kansas over Syracuse. WVU over Nova. Kansas over WVU to win title.

I have Kansas beating G'Town in the Regional Finals. I guess my only suprise is MSU winning two games before losing to Kansas.

East

Kentucky beating WVU in the Finals... this bracket has a few more shocks in it with the HORRIBLY seeded Temple winning two games and Marquette also winning two games.

West

I have 'Cuse winning this but predicted Butler to make a little run. I think if they get past FSU and all that size then facing Vandy should be a little easier on them. I also picked BYU to beat Kansas St in a semi-upset. Pitt wins three games despite my dislike for how they play

South

This one pains me the most. I went through it pretty quickly and ended up with Nova in the F4 which made me sick but I can't find another team that i'm sold on in this region. TAMU is a one man freak show, Duke struggled with Nova in the past and Richmond match up poorly with Nova. Baylor is the only team I see upsetting this prediction
 
My final four is Kansas, Syracuse, Kentucky, and Baylor. I have Texas A&M knocking off Duke in the Sweet 16. Also have BYU making it to the elite eight after knocking off Kansas State. Kansas over Kentucky for the title.
 
I'm in a March Madness pool with friends so I have 2 brackets. I'll just break down my main bracket.

Midwest

I have Kansas knocking off Georgetown in the regional final. I just think they're the most complete team in the tournament. The only upset I have in this region is Oklahoma St. knocking off Ohio St. in the 2nd round.

East

Kentucky over West Virginia. I was torn between these two, but decided to go with the Kentucky. I like Missouri over Clemson in the 1st round and Cornell beating Temple.

West

I have Syracuse winning this region. I have UTEP in the sweet 16 knocking off Butler and Vandy.

South

I have Nova winning here. As much as I didn't like the way they played to end the season, it was tough trying to find a team to knock them off before the Elite 8. I think getting out of that tough stretch playing all those Big East teams will help them, too. I could see Baylor knocking them out because they have big men down low that will give Nova fits. If Nova can get past them I don't see why they can't beat Duke and get back to the final four.

Some upsets I have here is 12 seed Utah St. playing 13 seed Siena in the 2nd round with Utah St. winning. I also have St. Mary's knocking off Richmond in round 1.

Final Four

I have Kansas over Syracuse and Kentucky over Nova. Kansas beats Kentucky in the final.

In my 2nd bracket my final four is Kansas, West Virginia, Kansas St. and Baylor. I have Kansas beating West Virginia in the final.

I have honestly never seen BYU win a game. And thats over a number of years. It seems that every year they are talked about as being one of the better teams in the NCAA tournament, yet they never win. I would be hesitant to pick BYU over KSU.
 
Midwest
My biggest upset here is San Diego State over Tennessee. I have Michigan State beating Maryland in the second round. I have Kansas vs G'Town in the Regional Final, with Kansas winning.

West
I have UTEP beating Butler and Vanderbilt before losing to Syracuse. I have Syracuse playing Kansas State in the final and Kansas State pulling the semi upset.

East
Might be somewhat of a homer type deal, but also I truly believe that Temple will beat Cornell and Wisconsin. I also have Marquette beating Washington and New Mexico. I have Missouri over Clemson as well. In the final I have Kentucky playing WVU, with Kentucky winning.

South
Nothing really shocking about the South region for me. All the top seeds win in the first round except I have Louisville over Cal. In the second round I have TAMU "upsetting" Purdue, all the top seeds continue on other than that. I have Duke and Nova advancing to the final, with Nova beating them for the second year in a row.

Final Four
I have Kansas vs Kansas State, and I have Kansas beating K-State for the 4th time this year. Then on the other side I have Kentucky vs Villanova, I feel Kentucky has the size and guard play to completely thrash Nova in this matchup. In the final I believe the experience of Kansas will play a key part in them winning the National Championship.

West: I've got Butler in the Sweet 16, and BYU beating Kansas State. I've got Syracuse beating Pitt in the Elite 8.

Final Four: I've got Kansas beating Syracuse, and Kentucky beating Duke. Then I've got Kansas winning it all.
