How to get patch if not internet connection on PS3?

Got the game. My PS3 isnt internet capable at this time so how do I get the patches? Is there somewhere or someone that can get them for me so I can download them and put them on a flash drive or something(similar to the way you use rosters?)

Someone on here could put the game data file on a usb drive and upload it, in which case you would download it onto your usb and copy it to your ps3.

At least I would assume it is that easy.

i havnt seen anything at OS about DLing the patch from a flash drive. Is that even possible?

i can try it when i get home, but that wont be till later tonight around 7ish. I assume u have a flash drive FT? if yes, then i will try and save it and then upload it to sendspace for you

I don't know if it will work either but IMO there HAS to be a way to get the patch if you don't have a PS3 that is online capable. Doesn't there?

If not, looks like I'll have to buy a router and go that route, but that can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

I've tried that and it wouldn't allow to me get an IP address. And on the PS3 manual it shows it as having to connect into the router, not the modem itself.

there is no reason why you cant connect the modem directly to the ps3. Try it again
Turn off the modem and unplug it..... get the ps3 in standby mode
Take the wire thats going from the modem and into the PC and connect it to the PS3.

then turn on the modem and try setting up the ps3 again with the easy setup.

The trojan might take me a few days to repair since I have to bounce back and forth from CPU to CPU because it won't let me use the internet..even in safe mode.

How do I get the key to make it PRO version?

should be a key gen in the torrent. Alot of times if u read the comments from the torrent site, which u will see in the tabs at the top of the web page i linked you too, it will give u some tips on how to install

Tried to hook it up from the internet box to the PS3 and when it goes to get teh IP address it fails.

Thanks for the effort. I have to buy a router anyways at some point so it's ok. Just kind of lame IMO that you can't get patches if you don't have the web right on your PS3. Seems like kind of an oversite on SCEA's partor Sony's.
