the raiders are the worst joke of a franchise. its all because of al davis. on the radio they mentioned how its the 6th coach since 02 and how the previous 5 are in a legal dispute with davis over money. And that hiring Jackson ( and all the others aside from lane kiffen) was done because these were guys already under contract with the raiders as assistants. So they are put in a position where its take the HC job or your fired.

Firing Cable was a ridiculous move. it ranks right up there with the 14-2 Chargers firing Marty

Given the past 30 years, not quite sure why you're in a state of disbelief.
