I thought he was attacking you because you said Culpeper was a borderline HOF, lol. Which I agree without Moss he would be more a borderline AFL HOF than NFL HOF.

I don't understand why the colts have Curtis Painter, and Dan Orlovsky backing Peyton Manning, especially when they have absolutely no trust in them.. I mean it makes complete sense because they both completely suck, but why can't they actually sign a back up QB that at least looks like they know what they're doing behind center. Because they can pay them real cheap and use more money on positions that they care about.

-He's old.
-Hasn't played in an NFL game in 19 months
-He's not good.
-He's not familiar with any of the coaches, players or prob the scheme Indy runs.
- If I remember right he doesn't want to sit on the bench, which is what he'd be doing aside from like 1 or 2 games.
-Since leaving Minny his #s are:

57% completion, ~4000 yards, 14 TD, 20 INT in 24 games.

Why bother bringing dude in to lose a game or two? Painter/ Orvlosky are both perfectly capable of doing that.

Your a complete moron.. If Peyton isn't healthy enough to play week 1 he will automatically be placed on the PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list, something you must not be aware of.. Any player physically unable to perform for the 1st game of the season will not be able to play until week 7, even if they are healthy for the 2nd game.. It doesn't matter. I don't agree with this, but Roger Goodell makes the calls. That is why the Colts are seriously looking into signing a veteran, and in my opinion, any veteran with starting experience, for any team, will be a much better option than what we have.. The only exception to signing a veteran, I see, may be Sorgi, but they need to get someone if Peyton won't be ready by week 1.

The Colts don't have to keep Manning on the PUP list though. They can just activate him before the first game and keep him inactive till he can comeback.
