Edit: I was wrong, Farmar's mother is Jewish (But white, not israeli). She didn't practice Judaism though until she met Farmar's step father who is israeli. Farmar's real Father (Damon Farmar) was Christian

He's not good enough to command more money then he's making. If he had, I'm not entirely sure the lakers would have kept him. Look at Ariza, who wanted more money.
