Talking about series where you can honestly say you've seen just about every episode, minus 2 or 3 random ones you might have missed. For instance I've seen as many Fresh Prince episodes as the next guy my age, but it's not like I've made a point to go out of my way and watch the entire thing from beginning to end.

My all time top is Dragon Ball Z:shifty: at 291. For live action shows The Office at 152 is the highest for me. I've hardly watched any shows on the major primetime networks, most of the shows I watch are on the premium channels(HBO,Showtime) and they never have that many episodes.
 
NCIS and NCIS LA i can say i have watched every episode.

Have watched a ton of CSI, CSI Miami and CSI NY episodes as well.

Pretty sure I've seen every episode of Seinfeld and those types of shows (Roseanne, Fresh Prince, South Park, etc.) in syndication.

Every episode of The Shield, Sopranos, Always Sunny but those don't have a ton of episodes.
 
Every episode of LOST, Entourage, Survivor :shifty:, American Idol :shifty::shifty:, 24, Two and a Half Men...

I'm sure there's others but those are probably the longest.

Those four, plus Alias, Battlestar Galactica, Friday Night Lights. I'm sure there's a series or two I'm forgetting.
 
If reality shows count, then Big Brother would be the show I've seen the most episodes of. I've also seen almost every episode of Family Guy, and I am in the process of watching every season of Scrubs (almost done with Season 5).
 
For me its Friends at 238 episodes. I've probably seen over 1000 episodes of Friends if you count reruns. The early years of that show fucking killed it.
 
Dragonball Z and Batman: TAS for me.

In hindsight, I occasionally get pissed thinking about how much time I wasted watching the same old filler episodes of DBZ on Toonami.

I gave up on Rescue Me this season because it was starting to suck so bad, but I am definitely watching the series finale this week.

If you guys think you've seen every episode of random sitcoms on syndication, I hate to break it to you but for most shows they leave a lot of episodes off of the syndication packages so you may have missed a bunch.

It would have to be Dexter and Weeds. They are the only shows that have kept my interest throughout.
 
Curb Your Enthusiasm is probably the most I've seen in terms of complete seasons. I've also watched every episode of The Wire, Battlestar Galactica, Oz, and Dexter.
