Madden 13 CCM 53 man rosters on 9/14

EA just announced that the week 1 roster update for Madden 13 will be available on Saturday 9/8.

The second Madden NFL 13 roster update will be available for download on the Xbox 360 and PS3 on Saturday morning. The update will reflect the final 53 man rosters of all 32 NFL teams. Details regarding the update will be available Friday morning.

The initial 75 man preseason rosters that were released with Madden NFL 13 will continue to be available for offline and online Connected Careers so that fans who want to manage the final roster of their team can do so. Final 53 man rosters will also be made available early next week for offline and online Connected Careers giving users the choice to use either roster when starting their Connected Careers experience.

For the 1st season they do. But they aren't fake players like they were last year. And once you start season 2 and beyond there are no more cut days.

What Krul said above. You start with a roster of 75, but, they are all real players.

We will start with the 53 man rosters and sim through the pre-season in season 1. You can still add and cut players as you like so long as you are back at the 53 mark by the start of week 1 of the regular season.

The details in the roster updates coming out tomorrow have been posted. For the owners in the 220, we will be starting with the 53 man rosters that are posted next week.

Hello Madden fans, Donny Moore the Madden Ratings Czar here, and I have something big for you guys this week….. The Madden NFL 13 Week 1 Roster Update that everyone has been waiting for!

The update will be available for download on the Xbox 360 and PS3 on Saturday morning. The update will reflect the final 53 man rosters of all 32 NFL teams.

The initial 75 man preseason rosters that were released with Madden NFL 13 will continue to be available for offline and online Connected Careers so that fans who want to manage the final roster of their team can do so. Final 53 man rosters will also be made available early next week for offline and online Connected Careers giving users the choice to use either roster when starting their Connected Careers experience.

There are over 700+ transactions that went into this massive update. NFL teams had to cut down from 90 to 53, so safe to say there is a lot of player movement reflected in this roster update.

Look out for more weekly roster updates throughout the NFL season as and when available from the Madden Live Support Team.

It appears that these rosters have ZERO changes to the ratings, just the transactions involved. That is not good for people waiting for start their CCM with opening day rosters because you would have to wait an additional week (?) to get ratings boosts for players on your team(s) that have excelled throughout the pre-season and week 1 of the regular season.

that sucks but without any Week 1 NFL games being completed; i guess they cant do anything to Ratings.....

which is why i am starting to think 220, TGT, TST should start after the 2nd Roster update to get changes in ratings, injuries and transactions.....

There were some rating changes. I noticed Terrell Pryor went from a 64 to a 68.

Ratings are different in CCM mode than viewing the rosters in the main menu or play now.

This is true, but there were still rating changes. I seen Russell Wilson's accuracy went up slightly from this last roster update.
