Madden 13 Patch #2 Update- Available 9/11

EA just announced that patch #2 will be coming tomorrow for the PS3 and 360. No specifics on what gameplay improvements are included.

Madden NFL 13 Title Update #2 will be available tomorrow on the Xbox 360 & PS3. The update includes a new instant start option when creating your player in Connected Careers, numerous stability fixes, and GameFace improvements.

We’d also like to remind fans who have been asking about the ability to edit players and rosters in Connected Careers that based on your feedback, the development team is currently exploring the potential option to include additional functionality in Madden NFL 13 in an upcoming title update. We’ll update you with more information in the coming weeks after the team has time to investigate and assess the situation.

All,

Here’s a breakdown of what was included in title update #2 that released today. As always, we’ll be watching the forums and looking for your feedback.

- Added an Instant Start option to Connected Careers as a player
- Numerous commentary improvements to address when lines trigger and what they say.
- Added a trade notification in CCM for the NFL Draft
- Fixed social media sharing post-game to address spacing issues
- Improved the GameFace feature
- Fixed Challenge Audio to make the appropriate call
- Improved Physics Get-up post play
- Adjusted created players in Connected Careers so that they always have high progression grades despite their backstory choices
- Fixed defensive assignment issues against the CPU AI when users were in Man Coverage
- Increased the chances to trade for a CPU team’s starter
- Adjusted the scouting development trait in CCM to display as (Slow, Medium, Fast, or Superstar) instead of 0-3.
- Added the ability to post results from H2H MUT games on Facebook/Twitter.
- Numerous stability issues around the game in general were also included in the update to improve the overall experience and Connected Careers specifically.

I never knew the development trait was 0-3. Glad they are changing it. My player got a 3 once and all I thought was "damn this dude blows".

so how is this game offline vs the CPU? do the sliders work offline? i read they didnt but see nothing in the patch. I been thinking of getting this game, but have no interest in online play...just want to see how it plays vs the CPU
