Captain Ryan’s sliding ability questioned in debut game

Rasunda Stadium - Chaos FC started their Master League season off on the wrong foot today, losing 1-0 to RCD Espanyol thanks to a quality finish by striker, Tamudo.

However, it wasn’t Tamudo who was the focal point of the goal - it was the man who conceded the goal himself - Chaos FC, and captain, Ryan.

He completely missed the ball.He’s right footed, yeah? So why the fock did he slide with his fockin left foot?!

A perfectly placed through pass into Tamudo’s path and the striker was off for the races, Ryan ran out aggressively - but at the very last moment, while on the ground, the keeper retracted his right leg and stuck out his left...but the striker was on his right.

It really made no sense - Along with his sliding - I think we might also have to get his vision checked.

Almost directly after the goal, Chaos FC almost scored thanks to a header by ThirtyThree - but the goal was denied by keeper, Kemani - who miraculously deflected the ball onto his own head and then comfortably into his grasp on the ground.

Exactly, this was a “wtf” type of game. Next week - it will not be any easier for the team as Athletic Club de Bilbao come into to for the first leg of the Super SerieLaLiga Division 2 Cup.

Not even close to the same pace as the CUP match (fittingly), but still got the job done. We have 1 point now in the league - which is the a step in the right direction. It's not going to be easy though as some of you have been able to see.

This game here was a game of missed chances - specifically Cubsfan203..lol - although I will give him the credit he deserves on a shot that hit the post then back off the goalie - but saved. Other than that...wtf, cubs!?

Next game will be later at 11pm Central or 12 am --- feel free to watch it live, this was really fun the last two games with y'all watching. I think we were just missing some dip and strippers - or a combo of the two.

Chaos FC surprsingly win by comfortable margin 4-1

Definitely have to thank kyhadley and gator for the formation changes - and bwidell's late appearance helped out in morale of the chat room.

Matt10 opened the scoring after Cubsfan's initial shot was saved, but the #10 stepped in front of the deflection and slotted the ball home to put the visitors up 1-0. The second goal was scored by cubsfan (finally!) after a vicious shot by the Beast was saved, and after his initial shot was saved - cubsfan found a way between defender and goalie to the back of the net.

Getafe threatened and Uche found himself wide open via a through pass - and easily slotted the ball past CR Knight. The visitors still lead though 2-1.

The score became 3-1 after a brilliant play on the flanks by Gator, crossing with his left foot to the giant that is IronDragon - who made no mistake from such a close range - towered over his defender and crashed the ball into the back of the net with his head.

The final goal for Chaos FC came when Raiderfan joined in on the attack "I love playing attack and defense! Wahooo", crossed the ball with his left foot over all the Getafe defenders, including forward cubsfan - who was too lazy to jump - finding his player/coach Matt10, who made no mistake and headed the ball past the helpless goalie.

Final score 4-1 Chaos FC.

Chaos FC draws Athletic Club 3-3
Eliminated from Cup Competition on Aggregate

They say a tie is like kissing your sister, but in the case of Chaos FC, today's tie is more like kissing, marrying her, and then finding out she is your sister.

The boys from Chaos put up a valiant effort on the pitch in Spain, but came into the game facing long odds after dropping the home portion 4-3 weeks earlier. Holding nothing back, Chaos FC struck first on a beautiful diving header by Chi-bob that sent the locals into a frenzy and put them on even aggregate terms.

Athletic stormed back with a pair of goals off corner kicks, but once again Chaos had an answer. Pnovak became a hero for millions when the midfielder put a gorgeous move on an unsuspecting defender and placed his first shot of the season into the back of the old onion bag. Said Pnovak about his game changing goal, "its all about the hair." Chaos FC would find a way to tie the game back up at 3 following a quick Athletic Club goal, as GatorTD8to10 was able to slam home a rebound from a blistering shot by cubsfan203.

The last 15 minutes were spent with Chaos FC going into chase mode. Needing a goal to force an aggregate tie, Chaos could never gain posession long enough to put a shot on net that would have given them that elusive 4th goal. Tempers flared as frustration soared, forcing Chaos winger Irondragon to restrain GatorTD8to10 after he called the head referee a terrorist after GatorTD8to10 was knocked over with the ball for the 3rd straight time.

Cubsfan203 created quite a controversy in the locker room after the game, when exposing himself by dropping his towel in front of a group of female reporters, and demanding they now refer to him as "sesenta y nueve." There is no word on disiplinary action.

Osasuna 3, Chaos F.C. 1
Chaos F.C. loses a tough one.

Chaos football club loses another game in league play to fall to 9th in the standings at 1-1-2. After the red hot Cubsfan203 (you're welcome) started off the scoring early in the game, Chaos couldn't build on their lead.

The Osasuna captain Pandiani was a one man team scoring all three unanswered goals to give his team the lead and the victory.

Next up for Chaos F.C., in their third game of the year, is Athletic Club who is just above Chaos in the standings at 2-0-2.

-Chi-bob scored his second goal of the season
-4-2-4 formation was implemented in the 2nd half and currently kyhadley is devising a good strategy or modification of the 4-2-4.
-Things looked like they were going to go south when TheFlame was sent off for his second card - to makes matters worse, the foul occured in the penalty box.
-Their player completely skyed the penalty kick and we salvaged a point.

Chaos FC falls 3-1

Pippy may have scored. Yes the dude with the pigtails. But yet, Chaos FC fell again, this time to Cagilari. Chaos FC missed some opportunities on defense and that's what basically cost them the game. The offense also seemed to struggle a little bit as a few shots were just barely off target.

Cagilari's record improves to 2-2-2, while Chaos FC's record falls to 1-3-2.

AC Siena 1, Chaos F.C. 0
Improved second half performance nets Chaos nothing. (pun absolutely intended)

Chaos F.C. lost another to fall to 1-4-2. This was closely contested game throughout, but T.T.S.N.B.N. pulled it out in the end for victory.

But all is not lost for Chaos as after starting the game in a 4-3-3 and continuing to stutter, they switched to a newfangled 4-5-1 for the second half. There was a dramatic improvement in the play of Chaos that they hope to build on in coming games.

The fans should expect to see the 4-5-1 return in their next game with some slight modifications.

-Cubsfan threw a rather large hissy fit after being yanked late in the game for Gator. Hey, its attention, right?
-Captain kyhadley returned from injury along with a noticeable spark in team morale. ))

-Multiple missed shots by Chaos.
-akawesley offered to play a more defensive role for the Chaos. The coaching staff is taking it under consideration.

Chaos F.C. 3, Recreativo 1
Chaos F.C. claims victory in breakout match.

Chaos F.C. rendered a very impressive performance behind the works of the trio up top in kyhadley, Cubsfan, and MartinStLouis and the brilliant masterminds of gator, kyhadley and Hawaiian in making the new dominant formation.

Kyhadley opened the scoring, by finishing a beautiful series of passes from MSL to Cubsfan (assist). But Recreativo quickly responded with a goal of their own from Guerror to tie up the game.

But after that, Chaos never looked back, they continued to get good chances on net (notable missed headers from MSL) and connected again from another MSL to Cubsfan (assist), with kyhadley finishing.

Chaos finished the scoring in the 80th minute with kyhadley (assist) connecting with Matt10 for the goal.

Recreativo had a few good chances in the second half but continually came up empty thanks to a fantastic performance by the emerging CR_Knight.

Chaos F.C. can't build on previous win.

Real Betis (5-1-3) couldn't be stopped in a dominating performance of the over matched Chaos F.C. They scored more goals then Chaos F.C., therefore they won.

Gator with the only main bright spot in the game with his first goal on the year. (MSL with the assist) The other goal was scored by a Real Betis defender, whom ganked the goal from kyhadley.

But even with a goal, Gator had this to say, "we got raped". Coach Matt spoke about some of their problems after the game, "we got creamed right down the middle [of the field on defense]" and that his team needs to be "less erratic". He also mentioned their passing problems, "We seriously have to stop passing out of defense and starting passing better"

Chaos F.C. drops to 2-3-4 on the season. And there are rumors Chaos might be changing up their uniforms to try to reverse their luck. When asked about the rumor, Coach Matt said, "I'm seeing red."

CHAOS FC DEAL IN TRANSFER WINDOW

Team doesn't gain players, but gains necessary funds

Rasunda Stadium -- Chaos FC have been active in refusing offers, but also selling two of their 'inactive' players. The two players that have left the team for other clubs are King Leviathan and NDIrish.

King Leviathan has made no appearances for the team, let alone the PP forum. A tall young man, Leviathan was a possible source of long ball attacks for CFC - but he refused to be placed as a 'token tall guy'. Leviathan was traded Monday to Ligue 1 (France) side, OCG Nice.

NDIrish, who had shown some possibility of becoming a starter - did not seem to want to partake in any of Chaos FC's extra curricular activities. Such as the time when CRKnight, goalie, hurt his head after being close-lined by the near post in the loss to Sampdoria - NDIrish refused to buy the injured man a head wrap. NDIrish has been moved to English Premiere League side, Newcastle United.

The following are some close calls - but were refused by Matt10.

• Kyhadley had received the most transfer request, specifically the most enticing...Fulham offering Clint Dempsey (Matt10's idol)...but negotiations broke down as Matt10's man crush made things too awkward for Dempsey and his agent.
• EricTheBeast received a transfer request from Bolton - but Matt10 refused to lose the Beast - stating he is not for sale.
• Lastly, midfielder, chi-bob could have had a dream move to Everton, but Matt10 foiled his plans by resetting his alarm clock to central time (Matt10's US time) so he would miss the important meeting with the club.

Chaos FC couldn't maintain their 2 - 'nil lead with Palermo (5-7-1) coming back to take a 3-2 lead. But Matt10 scored late in the game to salvage one point in the standings and bring Chaos to 3-3-6.

The Flame did a lot of scoring in this game, both for and against his team. He started it off with two own goals but then fully redeemed himself with two goals for his team. Cubsfan had two goals of his own and Thirtythr33 put the nail in the coffin for the Chaos in a closely contested match.

-Gator sends a beautiful curling cross into the box, but Irondragon couldn't finish as he only hit the crossbar. (27th minute) Iron addressed the play after the game, "I was getting ready to nail into the net, but I caught Gator's pink briefs out of the corner of my eye, very distracting..."
-Chaos scores on a corner kick from Gator that hit an opposing defender, then off the post, then trickled into the net. (37th minute)
-Osasuna scores in a flukey play where Soonerfan09 passes back to the keeper CR who attempted to clear it, but was blocked by the Osasuna attacker Margairaz, and it bounced into the goal. (44th minute)
-Osasuna scores on a low cross into the box that Margiaiaz finished under the keepers arms to the near post for his second goal of the game. (77th minute)
-Chaos scores on a counter attack by the fresh legs of newcomer PeterC and Bwidell, as PeterC connected with Bwidell at mid field where he ran it to the corner of the 18 yard box and then sent it to the back of the net at the far post. (79th minute)
-Fan-turned-player PeterC had another good play attempting a strong shot to the far post, but the keeper made it in time. Irondragon went for the rebound, but a little too aggressively and was called for the foul. (86th minute)
-Chaos definitely had their offensive chances in the second half as they really seemed to play mostly in the opposing side of the field, but couldn't put enough away.

-Missed chance by Raiderfan, great through ball slips into the box, but he cant finish as he shot it right at the keeper who just pushed it away. (47th minute)
-Atheltic scores after an Athletic forward couldn't finish his end of the give and go, but then Raiderfan couldn't clear it, then another missed shot, then Flame couldn't clear it either, then finally Aduriz took the leftovers and finished. Chaos loses a killer to 12th ranked Recreativo playing spoiler

-Chaos started the game 4 points behind the 3rd place team in the final promotion spot, with 4 game left to play. -Lots of regular subs started the game giving some starters much needed rest.
-Chaos scores as Irondragon steals a stray pass across the box from the defense and buries it top shelf. He continues his red hot streak with 4 goals and 3 assist in his last three games strarting trends of emoness everywhere. (4th minute)
-CRKnight had multiple great saves in the game.
-Recreativo scores on a questionable pass from CRKnight that Guererro booted in before the retreating keeper could get to his goal. (20th minute)

It was a closely- contested match throughout, but Chaos couldn't come up on the winning side of th result. The Chaos record is now 8-5-8 and will return to division 2 next year still in hopes of a promotion. They finish up the season against Bologna next.

Scoring two goals and one assist on the year, on paper - TheFlame doesn't not seem to impress. However, it was his sheer determination to get to every 50-50 ball, and it was his constant leadership in the back. With a team so young and inexperienced - TheFlame led his team to believe, and that was good enough for last year. Here's to 2009.​

Despite the upcoming Division 2 cup final, Matt10 resigned as manager under his own willpower Monday afternoon. The 25-year old player, now in his third season as a player for Chaos FC, has failed to bring the new side over to promotion in the last three years. Even though the Blues are fairly new team, their ambition is set on 'high' - Matt10 has agreed to relinquish the management position and has considered to go "full-auto".

"I'm not going to make anymore decisions. I'm not sure who will take my place as manager - but hopefully it will be someone who can find a way for us to win more games next year."

Chaos FC started this season off somewhat brightly, recording some 5 victories, but giving up 7 losses - and 9 draws. Despite having the top goal scorer in the league with Cubsfan203 (a.k.a "Ocho-Ocho"), the Blues were unable to pull out of the mid-table scene, this year a possible last place could be the case as the team currently sits in 11th place, a couple of points above last.

"He has bad karma," said 90-speed defender Pippi Longlobbing (PNovak), "Bitches with bad karma as a manager bring bad karma to the team. There are headers and there are headers - that was a brilliant header."

Apprently, one of Pippi's pigtails has been severed by Matt10.

There is no news about who will take over Matt10's position as manager of the team, noone seems interested in pulling this team out of the Division 2.

A second chance was given to Matt10, who regained the title 'player/coach' Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, due to lack of interest towards other candidates.

"9 Voters including myself - and I voted for our MVP of last year, Cubsfan203." said Matt10, "But I guess the love is in the air this year since we are already in a good spot - and on a rampage."

The last couple of games have been intense as the Blues have secured 7 points in 4 games, including two games in which 4 goals were scored for Chaos FC. Matt10 has stated he has changed his philosophy a bit more this year.

"Shoot more - concede less."

Not only is Matt10 ordering the troops to fire at will - but the defending has been controlled by positioning - not aggression as before.
