I had the second pick in the draft of a 12 man league. I know my RB are very weak. I fucked up hitting Mendenhall by mistake. Hopefully Williams takes over fulltime in ARZ. I picked up Cassel because I didn't want to get fucked without a bye week QB. All in all, I'm fairly happy with it. I think my WR core is good, obviously having Brady is a win, and depending on match ups, Roflberger or Cassel can be good. Just need to work something for a RB.

Ingram is suppose to split and be the goal line / read zone RB. It isn't great, but best I have at the moment. I'll be switching up something, as I don't want two New Orleans RB on my starting line up.

I'm probably in the minority, but I like Roethlisberger's chances to put up numbers this season, considering Mendenhall is starting the season injured and I think they will open up the passing attack. Still, with two QBs (and I play in a league like that) I think your first two picks should have been QB. Take advantage of those points and run with it.

That being said, I really like your WRs too, but you may want to look at trading one of them for a RB. I believe all three will produce like a RB, but with the injury history for Nicks and AJ, it makes sense to test the market.

By the time it go to me again, and with the people I play with, I had to take a QB with my second pick to make sure I had it. Welker was my third pick, since he has good upside added with Brady on my team. I am thinking of trading one of my three WR for some RB help since I kind of hope someone like Manningham comes out and has a good year and gives me another solid option.

It was 2 years ago when leaf won because he went QB heavy. Then last year everyone went QB heavy and with 12 people in 2 starting QB league, it is easy to see how quickly good QB's are gone. There was no shot at me getting an kind of "elite" QB. Though I tend to agree that I could have a lot worse then Roflberger as my second QB, and even going as far as to have Matt Cassel as my back up isn't horrible. I hope he does his best Tom Brady impression again and throws for a ton of TD's like he did two years ago.

I really need Andre Johnson to come back with a big year, and I pray the Arizona RB Williams takes the starting job. This year my main focus was to try and get some solid players and not take a bunch of risks on some. Last year was horrible. Though yahoo projects me to go 2-10 on the season lol.

I think they are running with 4 WR's and 5 RB's, so it will be interesting what Ben can do. Their 5th WR is on the practice squad so they'll probably adjust week to week.

So first week, and I am in some RB help. My RB are:

Mark Ingram
Pierre Thomas
Rashard Mendenhall
Ryan Williams

I need to start 2. I know my RB is fucked but I am deep at WR. Mark Ingram is starting. It is basically between the other three. Mendenhall is doubtful, and I don't think I am starting him simply because I don't want to take that chance. Williams may get some good carries with Wells hurting, and Thomas is a threat as well. Thoughts?

I'd go Williams. I hate starting two RB's from the same team, so that would strike Pierre IMO

I got way to many game time players this week. Finley has been a disappointment this season and being a game time decision, I picked up Fleener and am rolling with him.

I'm still waiting on Nicks to see if he is playing against the 49ers. I think he will play so I am going to leave him in my flex spot just in case.

You guys like the Fleener move?

Finley is the Ryan Matthews of TE's....always injured and failing to live up to expectations. Pretty sure he is going to play based on comments from Mark Murphy at the Packers Pep Rally in Houston last night but I wouldn't play him in fantasy regardless this week. Houston has one of the best defenses in the league and I don't see Finley doing anything. If Fleener was the best on the wire, roll with him.

I am in the same boat with Nicks. Have Kevin Walter on my bench ready to go if Nicks is inactive.

Finley will be a flex option if Nicks goes down, but as it is Flenner is getting my TE spot. They tossed him 9 balls last week vs the Packers, so I got to think vs a Jets defence, he'll keep getting targets.

If Dwayne Allen is available I'd pick him up over fleener. He's been out producing him
