Today, we have obtained details of a limited collector’s edition of NBA 2K10 2K Sports plans to release to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the NBA 2K franchise.

In addition to a copy of NBA 2K10, the limited collector’s edition includes: a numbered 2K Sports game storage locker with combination lock that can store up to 20 games, an exclusive figurine from McFarlane Toys featuring NBA 2K10 cover athlete and spokesman Kobe Bryant, a 16"x36" 2K Sports Kobe Bryant poster designed by Shepard Fairey's Studio N° 1, a NBA 2K10 10th anniversary video that explores the history of the NBA 2K franchise, and access to the Gold Room, NBA 2K10's VIP online lobby.

A source close to the product told TeamXbox that the special bundle will be announced on Tuesday morning, and that the package manufacturer's suggested price will be $99.99.

All the locker does is hold your game cases lol. Not everyone leaves discs laying around so thats not a big deal to me. Ill probably pick this edition up, its not that much more anyway.

I enjoy lives online play. EA has better servers then 2k. Less lag and team play and clubs are sweet.

Not gonna lie, the locker is pretty dope, but not worth an extra $40 in my opinion.

I want this so bad. I need a better place to keep my games. I have this old wooden thing that was made for VHS movies that I use. Plus majority of my collection is sports games. So its very fitting. Plus McFarlane figures are so cool.

I just wonder how durable that locker will be.

I want the locker and History DVD, but the poster and figurine would be given to my roommate because I absolutely hate the Lakers and Kobe. Most likely not gonna buy it unless my friend goes half on it with me.
