That looks sweet. So technically if you didn't want to create a brand new school you could actually re-make an existing D1 school, for instance if EA got their unis wrong, didn't put in their alternates, didn't get around to adding their authentic stadium ect.

Are we able to use current team's stadiums though?

If they have they FCS or D1 AA schools logo's in the game when are they going to have the actual teams...or do they?

From what I gather, they have the logos (or at least some of them) but not the teams...

If one were so inclined (and willing to sit at the computer all day), you could just 'DIY' it with whatever teams you want to create.

But even then, I think you can only save up to 12-15 teams at a time so you can't really recreate whole divisions and the like (like some of you probably will).

That is my understanding as well. I think they also said "some" of the 1AA logos (meaning not all) will be preloaded. You can create a team that way but they will not be in the game by default. You are also limited to 12 created teams per EA account. So unless one wanted to go through and create a bunch of different EA accounts you can only create 12 schools.

I can't see anyone doing that unless you're a gamer who hates to play against "FCS Southwest" whenever you play a season that includes I-AA opponents...

IMO, its a good idea. However, if it is way overblown (which new features in EA tend to be) it will likely ruin the game.

Ya, that was my concern too, but when I spoke to Russ Kiniry last week about it, he said it would be some balance to it, some give and take if you will...for example if you order your D to be agreesive and go for the strip, you might get penalized for more face mask penalties than you ordinary would....he also said there wouldn't automatically be more fumbles just because you told your D to go for the strip more

Thats good to hear. However, I'll believe it when I see it. Visions in my head of the dreaded momentum meter are popping into my head where if you got the mo completely for you or against you the game was essentially over as nothing would go wrong or right from that point on.

This feature just smells like a pre-determined feast or famine. Go aggressive and one of two things will occur every game: (1) you make tons of big plays and destroy the opponent or (2) you get beat with big play after big play and tons of penalties lead to your demize.

IF (emphasis added) they provide an approrpriate balance to the feature it is a nice little add on. However, the track record from EA says this thing will be over powerful and has a substantial likelihood of ruining the game.

But I definitley understand where you're coming from...until we crack the game open, you have to reserve judgement

One good thing is, I don't think you have to use it....usually I like to call my games right down the middle without looking for any predetermined assistance from the cpu....so I'm not exactly sure how much I'd use it anyway
