I thought it was a poorly officiated game, and not only was it poorly officiated but it mostly one sided. I would never rule out match fixing - it happens, though it is usually orchestrated by organized gangs who influence individual players - but I can't accuse the NFL of match fixing based on this "evidence". I don't think there is anything suspicious about a referee getting one of these contact to head penalties wrong for example, given the speed of the game, grey area in the rules, and often obscured view.
Also, if the NFL was fixing matches there would probably be more than a couple of people who knew. And funnily enough when you know the result you become quite confident betting on it. There is usually a money trail and bookmakers know how to detect it.
