Nick has a medical marijuana card, I know it's BS, but it's legal in his state, guys our running around with doctors notes for TRT and fighting like they're 20, it's just like getting a medical marijuana card, it's pretty much a scam, but those guys are fine in a sport where your job is to hurt people and guys like Diaz can't smoke weed which he is allowed to do in Cali?

This whole thing is basically a 'who cares' situation, because with GSP not being able to fight until November, Diaz getting the winner lines up perfectly time wise with his suspension.

Marijuana is a pain reliever for a lot of people. Who are you to say it doesn't make him feel better after a fight or training when his body is aching?
It's better for you than popping pills, but the government has tricked people into thinking that popping pills is ok and smoking weed isn't.
