Now that T.O. is gone, how do you think the Cowboys will look this season?

I think they'll run the ball a lot more. They have a very good offensive line with Marion Barber, Tashard Choice, and Felix Jones.

Maybe Romo throws less INTs becasue he doesnt have a guy he HAS to throw 10 balls to evreygame. But they better watch out because they got rid of TO, but Roy Williams if he wants to can be just as big of a headache as TO but with less numbers.

Yeah you do..I hate the Cowboys and I think they'll be better off w/o his ass. Romo should be fine throwing to Williams, Crayton, and Witten. Also adding Felix to the mix.

If Roddy acted like T.O., I would want his ass gone too.

I think they'll make the playoffs. Without T.O. they should have a better identity on offense.

If the RBs stay healthy the offense will roll. Witten and Romo are peanut butter and jelly. Roy Williams better be working on routes with Romo, he can have a great season.

I think they can roll through the Division to the playoffs and probably lose to another NFC East team, dissapointed again.

Depends on Tony Romo. If he's serious about becoming a better leader. We all know the guy can put up decent stats, but if you can't lead in clutch situation, you'll be doomed to win 1 playoff game in 7 seasons. And your team will be doomed right along with you.

I'll say 10-6.

Questionable leadership at the head coaching spot will be tough to overcome, as well.

Theyll be alright. Good ol' Roy should get the offense this time around and romo might actually win late in the year, but with that said its still fuck the cowboys and everything they stand for.

It's still the most talented team in the division, just a matter of Wade growing a pair of balls and the genius in my sig remembering that he has 3 solid running backs behind Tony Romo.

As long as they don't have catastrophic injuries like they had this year, they're good for 10+ wins.

Enlighten me.... Do you still think they're a playoff team with the moves made by the Redskins, and the Eagles and Giants still being competitive? Who is going to be in the secondary? What have they done to improve this off-season besides getting Felix Jones back at 100%?


errr... allegedly 100%. Scat back who never got a ton of carries in college and then gets hurt for an extended period of time his first year in the league, not very encouraging IMO.

I may have missed something but all I've seen the Cowboys do this off-season was lose one of their top pass rushers in Chris Canty to their top division rival.

And as has been said before Wade Phillips is still the HC so there's a negative there. And for all the potential Garrett showed in his first year as the OC, everyone (even Cowboy's fans) acknowledge that he took a step back in his play calling last year and was responsible in large part for the stagnant nature of the offense in the later parts of the season.

I like you, but you couldn't be more wrong about Felix Jones. He can handle the workload, he just had a hamstring that turned into a toe injury because he was running awkwardly.

And Canty's a decent pass rusher but his strenght is run stopping. He and Olshansky are almost interchangable. And I'll take the $18M contract vs the $42M one. Canty's not worth that kind of money.

BTW, Austin will win the #2 spot in camp and post solid numbers. He'll be fine.

Roy is definitely a number 1 receiver (seriously, what did this guy do to have everyone hate him? piss in a babies mouth?) and unless something happens, it'll be Crayton. and we have Austin and Stanback and Hurd. they aren't gonna set the world alight but they are good. Crayton has great hands despite having some memorable drops in games. i said that people are ignorant because most people figure "well, i can't name any other of those guys, so they must all suck ass". you don't need to have a ton of big name guys to have a good passing offense and you don't even need a great passing offense to be a good team. time and time again good defense and strong running game have proven to be the surest way to win championships and we have both.

Roy thinks hes the greatest thing since sliced bread. He gave up last season with the Lions after 3-4 games, then talked himself out of town and went to the Cowboys, got a monster contract extension and gave the Cowboys 200 yards in 10 games. Thats fucking pathetic. It was funny last year at the start of the season when he said he was better then Calvin Johnson.
