All right, looking to start an OD called Project 24. What the hell does that mean exactly? The intention and sole purpose of this OD is to advance every 48 hours. If you can't play a game a day you need not apply.
The rules are simple:
Start with 2* or lower prestige team.
At the end of the second season you can switch for a team of equal or less prestige.
You must stay with a team a minimum of two years before you switch.
The starting time will hopefully be this afternoon once the league goes live it's grind time. Every 48 hours the league will advance, should the league finish before the allotted 24 hours is up a new 48 hours will begin.
For those that need it broke down barney style.
Due: NLT (No Later Than) 8pm January 27th 2009.
The league finishes earlier than that, say the 27th of January 2009 at 7:30am
at the top of the hour (8am) I'll advance the week with the new due date, now...
Due: NLT 8am January 29th, 2009.
48 hours for you to get your game in.
PAY ATTENTION: Should you fail to get your game in by the allotted 48 hours regardless of the issue. (Meaning if your Cat, Hamster, Brother, Mom, Dad, Son, died doesn't matter.) You will be dropped, your position will be open for 48 hours for the first person in line on the waiting list to respond and be given their team (Selected by user).
For those that need it broke down barney style.
Gamer 10 doesn't get his game in by the time the 48 hours is up, he is booted, dropped to the bottom of the waiting list, the league advances to the next week. We go to Gamer 1 on the waiting list, he is given that week (48 hours) to respond. If he doesn't the invite drops to the next person in line (Those on the waiting list will be told via XBL/Forums) so on and so forth. Should it drop all the way down to gamer 10 again he will be given the opportunity to continue with the team he had.
There will be no conference restrictions, the only restriction is that you use a 2* team to start with and work your way up from there.
Currently I have 5 spots reserved for the following users, stand up guys that I know can get their games in at 48 hours. If your name is listed below and you do not wish to join just PM me and let me know, I'll make the announcement in this thread, this will be the sign-up thread.
