Disk drive is broken. Happened to me. Sent it to sony and they put a new disk drive in mine. I think if you got it from gamestop they put a 2 year warrenty on it and fix it for you if it ever breaks. Not sure of other places that fix it for you besides sony and gamestop.

Assuming you from Rhode Island based on what it says for your location I would say check out PCW computers. They might be able to fix it.
 
75$ fix is good but no warrenty like the guy from mass saying he could replace it in about 2 hours for 140$ plus a 3 month warrenty? 10$ cheaper then sony plus for sony it takes them 3 days to send you the box you send it out the day you get the box they take a week to fix it and they don't give you a warrenty. Not really a long time but the deal from Mass looks good.
