they had a playable demo for bloodborne along with the order 1886 plus a trailer for until dawn. and good god did bloodborne and the order look/play awesome.....i didn't watch the trailer for until dawn as i took my 7 year old nephew and they said it was only for 13+.....not that he would have cared, his parents let him play gta:sa on his ipad haha....sadly those games weren't playable for everyone, they picked 2 people in each group that got to play them for about 5-10 minutes each just to show them off
we also were the first place that the tour had little big planet 3 available (awesome btw) we also had drive club and far cry 4 (again awesome) that were playable. they had about 30 kiosks with ps4's and a vita next to it. besides the ones i mentioned there was mlb the show, last of us, infamous, diablo 3, hohokum (visually stunning, but i like these games like flower, proteus), trials fusion, and then a host of vita games that i didn't try out.....however my nephew when he saw guacamelee was on one of the vita's that's all he wanted to play, which made me laugh, as he's plays it all the time on his console
it ran from 3-8 and sadly i had to work until 4, but as I said I took my 7 year old nephew to it and we both got plenty of little big planet 3 stickers (which he loved as it's his fave game) and other little items, got there to late for the rain coats they handed out as it was pouring all day. he also got a t shirt for the playstation vita that said "never stop gaming" which of course he loved.
but we each got 2 free months of playstation plus, but the coolest thing was since we went later in the day there was a huge line of course, and they could only let so many people in at a time. and then for only 30 minutes before letting in a new group. well we were towards the back of the line, and by the time we got in we were soaked and it was 6:30....the event lasted till 8. but i think people either got tired of the rain or said screw it i'm not going to stand there in line, so we got to play from 6:30 to 8 since there was no one else in line behind us. so everyone in our group got plenty of time to play the games you wanted and honestly as long as you wanted. (i played a whole game of mlb the show against one of the playstation employees there, my twins lost to his mariners 6-3)
all in all it was a very very cool event as the had music, and free pizza, and they were giving out LOTS of prizes, sadly we didn't win any of the big ones (they gave out 3 vita's during the time we were in line, along with 2 copies of mlb the show and then some bookends that were little big planet 3 related). I know I made my nephews day though cause it was supposed to be his birthday party that day but his parents cancelled it cause it was raining and he isn't getting one now until almost a month later, so I told him we could have own bday party together. As we left he couldn't stop talking about how much fun he had and didn't care that he was wet, cause it was so cool. I made his day, but that made mine
