No substitute 4 strength.
The only team to beat Seattle and Denver. The only team to beat the Niners in SF.

The loss of Wayne is going to be difficult to overcome. They really need the run game to get going and the receivers and Fleener to really step up.

That all said, I think I would still have them ranked 4th.

Here's my top 5 power rankings right now.

1. Seattle (if at home, if on the road they are 2
2. Denver
3. San Francisco
4. Indianapolis
5. Kansas City

Yes, I have KC at 5. They haven't beat anyone and I think the teams above them would all beat them right now.
 
I have a hard time seeing Indy as a contender right now.

Losing Wayne was bad. Indy is running out of skill players.

Sucks because the cost of Richardson will probably prove greater than previously thought.
 
Luck is too good. I agree he doesn't have a ton around him right now and I'm not a huge fan of how liberal Grigson is with trading away high draft picks for vets, but Luck is like 1980s John Elway in the fact that if you catch him on the right night he's just going to beat you by himself.

I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a young QB than I was on Sunday night. If Trent Richardson isn't terrible at football the Colts win that game by at least two scores and Luck would be 80% of the reason why.

if the colts beat those teams, then why are they ranked lower than them in your rankings?
 
No Wayne = Indy aint got no more game.

they'll still be way more competitive then almost 2/3rds of the league but they took a big step down with that injury/ offensive threat gone ?
