Does anyone else like this show? I really liked it and was pretty disappointed when I found out NBC canceled it back in October.

TNT picked up the rights so now they will show the original seven episodes (starting tonight) coupled with the six unaired episodes. I guess if it does well they will have an official second season.

It doesn't look good already though because it's stuck in the 10pm time slot on a Tuesday.
 
Great show but that kind of show was not meant for NBC. The bleeps for the cussing totally killed the fucking show for NBC.
 
i really liked it when it was on nbc, tnt shows are pretty decent recently, leverage is my favorite, only thing is that the wire ruined all crime dramas for me because it was so fucking good and i know nothing else will ever come close
 
I liked the show but quit watching it cause I knew it would get canceled. Anyway I'll be rewatching just for the simple fact they are going to show the un aired episodes.

That was my biggest beef with the show, either cuss and let it air or replace it with another word. The pauses and beeps killed it for me.


Please tell me this issue has been resolved and ill tune in again.

Watched the show for the first time last night, solid but not good enough for me to watch every week.

Every cop series I watch now will always be compared to The Wire and will never be able to compare, it sucks.
 
I'm recording it so I'll stick with it.

I thought they overdid the "cops are asshole!!" theme a little bit, and I didn't really like the kid, though he did fine.

I'll stick with it, I'm sure it gets better. I've learned that you really can't judge a show until you've seen at least 3 episodes.
 
Anyone else still watching this? I thought last night's episode was great.

My dad is a cop (he's a police chief), so I love watching this show.
 
I've been meaning to start watching this show for a long time....I only have about 6-7 episodes of White Collar left so hopefully I can remember to finally start Southland after that haha
