Woodley over Bears, Woodley is just a beast, awesome wrestling, already has great subs and has power on his feet, kid will be champ one day

Kerry Vera has some great striking and footwork, better than most men, Kim wont be able to handle Kerry on her feet and wont get her down enough, Kerry wins this

Going with Erik Apple over Voelker

I think Feijao TKO's Rosa, Rosa is tough, but I see Feijao coming back strong after his lose to Kyle, Feijao is just to talented for Rosa

-Kerry Vera has some power in those hands of hers to say the least. Does she have any ground game to speak of? They kept bringing up Sara Kaufman but she's a solid wrestler so I'm not too sure they should be booking a fresh Vera against such stout competition just yet.


-Tyron Woodley looks great and although Miletich called him the best athlete in MMA, he's still not fighting top competition yet. With that said, he has a great mold to improve. Not sure how his jiu-jitsu is but his wrestling is fanfuckingtastic.

How is Woodley's striking, too? Obvious question is how well he can do against an equally solid wrestler who can stop his takedowns.

Jake Shields is the elite of the non-UFC welterweight division and I think right now, that would be the most interesting fight out there (well, not counting Zaromskis/Shields...watching Marius kick Shield's head off might warrant the biggest pop of the year).
 
Kerry Vera is adorable and has elite striking for female MMA. Only a handful of girls can hang with her in that regard.

Kim Couture, on the other hand, has such terrible boxing and zero head movement. Practically giving Vera the KO. She needs to go back to fighting cans and building herself up. Her skills are nowhere near ready for the big time.

All true, but with Couture, I think she is more interested in riding he last name as an attraction/sideshow draw. She's dabbling in pro wrestling, and her attire at the weigh in was clearly meant to grab eyeballs (certainly grabbed mine--I keep coming into this thread to look at her ass).
 
Just watched it, had it DVR'd, I enjoyed that show

Feijao with a big win after losing to Mike Kyle, he trains with to much talent to not be good, nice win and hope he gets back on the bigger cards, a rematch with Kyle would be a nice fight

Apple and Volker showed the classic MMA skills of gassing in the first and throwing tired haymakers in the 2nd, lol, always leads to a TKO

Vera wrecked Kim, I didnt even know Kerry was only 27, when I started at Franks/AKA back in the day, around 98/99 Kerry Vera was only like 17 and she had really good boxing back than. Javier put a lot of time and effort into her back in the day, she never really trained ground but I'm sure she has with Vera's camp for a couple years now, she has great footwork and is already one of the better women strikers in MMA, she looks better than most men standing

Woodley is just scary, not just his speed, power and wrestling background which is great, but he already has picked up the sub game and the movements, watch his hips and leg work when he is in side and half guard, you dont see that from wrestlers and he hasnt trained that long in MMA, plus he has power in his hands and hasnt fallen in love with them yet which is a good thing, he will be GSP like

Kaufman is a great kickboxer, Meisha Tate is the wrestler
