always interesting to see the difference between this forum and the strikeforce forum on these events

Here it's mostly the favorites or the 'name' fighters get the votes but at the shill forum there is more pick for guys like Cyborg, Prangley, etc...

A lot of people in the MMA world sleeping on Cyborg, not sure who to pick yet, will probably go with Diaz, but I can see Cyborg winning, but in MMA cardio is king and Diaz has 10 rounds in the tank

No. I am not underrating Cyborg. He can throw punches but Nick Diaz will obliterate him.

The fight won't go to the ground and Diaz has been in slugfests before. Unless he is overlooking him, thinking about his upcoming boxing career, then he may get caught. Otherwise, pitter patter for the win.
 
Interesting fact, read that Cyborg actually has a longer reach than Diaz, not sure if its true though

Cyborg can scrap, dude was hanging with Manhoef in an epid fight, Cyborg has lost so many fights from gassing out, if his cardio is better at WW he is a tough fight for anyone

Diaz is going to have to wade through some heavy kicks to get in position to slapbox him.
 
id give cyborg a punchers chance. his stand up is no joke but i just dont see diaz losing. hes looked better and better every fight, i think hes really at the top of his game right now. the longer this fight lasts the more it goes towards diaz's favor.
 
The only fight I guessed on was the Gracie-Prangley fight. God damn it. Dana White wouldnt be proud that I have opinions on Strikeforce fighters.
 
I hope Diaz hasn't been looking past Cyborg.

I hope Herschel doesn't lose.

I hope Jacare/Lawler is a fun fight.
 
Interested for the Gracie fight. He has both a height and weight advantage over Prangley, but has he picked up enough wrestling/boxing from GSP and Calzaghe to get it where he wants it?

Think this is a great step up for him. A loss isn't damaging as Prangley is on a pretty good run, but a win looks great on his resume
