Proud to announce we are having a roast for the game of Madden/John Madden.

A roast, in North American English, is an event in which an individual is subject to publicly bearing comedic insults, praise, outlandish true and untrue stories and heartwarming tributes.

So please throw your roasts into this thread and at the end I'll make an article and put it on the front page. Whoever has the best zingers will make it. I am leaving for class now, I have two classes back to back so you know I will have a shit ton to post when I get home.

You may wish to be remembered as a great football coach who not only won a superbowl but also the youngest coach to reach 100 wins. Or as a great football commentary........man. I'm sure that you wish your name will go in the HOF as one of the greatest coaches and announcers ever.

Hate to break it too you but to the average American, you're nothing more than a Video Game name. It's just sad when a Video Game named after a man becomes more popular than the actual man. The game "Madden" should be thank since it generates about 95% of your popularity.
You messed up more royally when you allowed players to be on the cover on the game instead of yourself.
Now, you're not even in the game's commentary anymore.........

When you die, nobody will think "There goes a football legend". The only question will be, will EA continue to name the game after you.

Madden, fact of the matter is nobody cares about you, we only care about the game.
